Research On The Rebuilding Design Of Public Space Vitality In Old Residential Communities Of Changsha City

Public space is an important space for urban social activities.It is not only a geographical concept,but also an important part of social production.It is also an important part of social production that people who enter the space and participate,communicate and interact extensively on the space.The vitality of community public space determines the characteristics and abilities of community social network,and the level of community sociality and material composition of public space is an important factor affecting the vitality level of community public space.It not only affects the attractiveness level of community public space to a certain extent,but also affects community social cohesion and its space production value.Through the development and accumulation of the city,the old residential community has become an important part of the urban texture.In the process of urban development,the old residential communities in the urban area have experienced the personnel reorganization because of the lack of management and renewal and maintenance,and the environmental quality of the whole community has declined,resulting in the escape of the high-income class.Current residents are mainly low-income groups,independent business owners and retirees,as well as some foreign tenants.The economic level of residents is relatively single.How to rebuild community relations and stimulate community vitality is an important issue in the renewal of old urban communities.From the end of 1970 s to the beginning of 1990 s,this paper chooses four old residential communities with characteristics of the times and relatively complete preservation as the research objects.Firstly,starting from the study of the theory of community construction,this paper chooses two perspectives,material and spiritual,to study the material environment and social activities of the public space of the old residential communities.The social network analysis method is used to quantitatively evaluate and analyze the vitality of community public space based on the logic of "society-space" interaction,and the demand characteristics of community public space are analyzed theoretically with the theory of environmental behavior,so as to synthesize the vitality characteristics and demand analysis of public space.Finally,starting from the analysis of the characteristics and needs of the current situation,the paper starts from the two levels of social remodeling and material environment design.This paper explores the strategies and ideas of reshaping the vitality of the publicspace in the old residential communities under the new development form,and obtains the construction methods of promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the public space environment in the old communities.On the basis of theoretical research and data analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions: the old residential community presents the characteristics of network fragmentation and local aggregation,the overall cohesion efficiency of commercial space is better but affected by preference for choice,and the differences of residents' individuality,such as age,occupation,income and so on,will affect the structural characteristics of public space network within the community.Good community culture,accessible internal transportation,appropriate spatial distribution and easily identifiable spatial relationship can promote the development of social relations.
