At present,with the continuous development and progress of social science and technology,the technological level and production capacity of manufacturing factories are also constantly improving.In order to survive in the fierce competition in the market,factories must constantly reduce costs,improve quality and improve production capacity.Therefore,the degree of automation of their internal production lines is increasingly valued.In the production and manufacturing industry of LCD TV in the domestic 3C industry,most of the production links are still produced by pure manual methods,especially in the film tearing station of the LCD panel,which requires the cooperation of multiple operators,which greatly wastes the labor cost.In addition,workers will operate irregularly due to fatigue,emotion and other reasons,which often leads to the damage of LCD panels,reducing production efficiency and yield.Based on the above background and combined with the actual needs of the factory,the author of this paper independently designed an automatic film tearing system for liquid crystal panel,and realized the automatic transformation of the film tearing station for liquid crystal panel.The system redesigns the mechanism of the film tearing station,and carries out detailed research,design and development of the electrical hardware and software based on the mechanism design.For the electrical hardware design part of the system,the principle and basis for the selection of electrical components are studied,including the selection of PLC,touch screen,robot,industrial camera,servo and other auxiliary consumables,and the electrical drawings are designed to complete the electrical assembly work according to the drawings.Aiming at the electrical software design part of the system,the programming method of each programmable element is studied,and combined with the system requirements,the PLC program,touch screen program,robot program and visual program are designed and completed,the manual debugging function and automatic control of the LCD panel film tearing system are realized,the operation interface is designed for debugging and operators,and the online setting and reading of process parameters are realized,It realizes the communication and linkage between the main equipment.At the end of the paper,the results of actual installation,commissioning and trial operation are given,and the system is put into use for one month after trial production,which finally achieves the expected effect of design,saves manpower,improves productivity and reduces the defective rate.
