| Now,the COVID-19 is developing in a good direction,and people’s lives are slowly getting on the right track.With the end of the days of home isolation,people are returning to their work stations one after another,and are beginning to recover to the state before the COVID-19 epidemic,that is,the state of people running in office space and living space.After people have been working from home for a long time,it is inevitable that people returning to their work stations will compare the experience of working in the office space with the experience of working from home,and ultimately conclude that working in the office space is not as good and comfortable as working from home,resulting in a higher demand for the experience of working in the office space.This design will go to a company’s office space for field research,and conduct point-to-point design research on the behavior and activities of office workers in the company’s office space.The purpose is to provide people with a good and comfortable experience in the process of working in the office space,and optimize their office experience.When people work,the most closely related to their sense of office experience is the office space environment.Therefore,a good office environment plays a decisive role in improving the office experience.Office space is a manifestation of a company’s corporate culture and spiritual outlook,as well as its soft power.Therefore,creating a satisfactory office environment is extremely urgent.Environment affects people all the time,and a good environment can imperceptibly affect people’s behavior habits,and even affect their way of thinking.Similarly,a good office environment can not only bring employees a pleasant mood,but also drive their work emotions and improve their work efficiency.There are some common problems in office space in China,especially the issue of employees’ sense of experience in the office space.For the issue of office experience,I will adopt a service design concept to carefully record the entire behavior process of employees,and redesign and study the bad experiences in the process,so that employees have a better and comfortable experience in the entire office behavior process.The article will focus on employees as the service object,starting from the service design concept,pay more attention to the experience of employees in the office space,break the traditional form of office space,create a "green,efficient,environmentally friendly,and shared" office space design,and strive to create a perfect user experience.This plan mainly focuses on analyzing the experience process of employees themselves and analyzing the emotional changes of contact points during the process of behavior generation,Combine service design with interior space design to create a more suitable spatial environment for employees to work in. |
