Since entering the new century,with the continuous development of China’s economy,building a serviceoriented government that people are satisfied with is the goal of our government.In this social context,government service agencies as a direct window to the public,in order to realize the transition of traditional government agencies from management oriented to service-oriented,the construction of government service center is particularly important,which can not only reflect the continuous improvement of China’s social service system,but also highlight our attitude and determination to build a service-oriented government.Government service center is a new type of public building to meet the requirements of building a "service-oriented government".Its functions include different government agencies to provide convenient social services for the people.Government service center is also a direct bridge between the public and the government in the new era,It is an important platform to build a new service-oriented government.However,due to the relatively late start of the construction of China’s Government Service Center,the construction of China’s government service center is still in an exploratory stage.With the increasing construction of government service center,a set of specific theory and design basis is more and more needed.In this social context,this paper hopes to explore a reasonable and efficient design mode through the study of this kind of building,combined with the practice of actual cases,for your discussion.Based on the comparative analysis of domestic and foreign built-up cases,this paper makes a comparative study on the function and space of the cases,analyzes and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the relevant cases,and combines it with the design of Yongle South Road community center.Based on the general functions of the government service center,this paper starts from the overall layout,graphic design,vertical design and public space node design of the project,Taking the service hall and public space node as the main design points,the architectural design is completed.In the process of design,we mainly clarify the service function and public space composition of the service center.Based on the specific practice of the design of Yongle South Road Government Service Center,we analyze and summarize the general methods to improve the function and space quality of public service space.In addition to the basic functions of the general government service center,the design of Yongle South Road Government Service Center also has higher requirements for this project due to its special functions on the land.This has a significant impact on the architectural design of the government service center.At the same time,I hope that through the research of this paper,it has a certain reference value for the architectural design of our country’s government service center in the future.The whole thesis contains about 26000 words,70 pictures and chart.
