| In the context of the national strategy of vigorously promoting rural revitalization and new urbanization,the flow and transformation of population,materials,energy,information,and other resources between rural and urban areas are constantly accelerating.However,the rural areas inevitably face problems such as low production space utilization efficiency,poor living space livability,severe ecological space compression,and environmental pollution,resulting in a serious imbalance in the development of the "Production-Living-Ecology Space".Therefore,conducting research on the optimization of the "Production-Living-Ecology Space" in rural areas,exploring coordinated development plans for production space,living space,and ecological space,can play a positive guiding role in promoting the comprehensive and coordinated development of the "Production-Living-Ecology Space" in rural areas.This study takes Wangkui County,Heilongjiang Province as the research area,defines the scope of land use for the "Production-Living-Ecology Space," and constructs an evaluation index system for the "Production-Living-Ecology Space" from the perspectives of production,living,and ecology.The basic evaluation unit is the township,and through the use of a coordination degree model,the coordination level of the "Production-Living-Ecology Space" is measured.Based on the evaluation results,targeted optimization strategies for the "Production-Living-Ecology Space" are proposed,providing a reference for related research.The main content and conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1)Based on the dominant function of land use,the method of merging and classifying was used to define the scope of "Production-Living-Ecology Space" land use in the study area,and the development characteristics and existing problems of production space,living space,and ecological space were analyzed.The research results show that the production space in the study area has the largest proportion,followed by ecological space,and the smallest is living space.The area of production space is 193,547.85 hectares,accounting for 85.28% of the total land area,which includes agricultural production space and industrial production space.In the production space,agricultural production dominates,the industrial layout is unbalanced,and the fragmentation degree of production space patches is high.The area of living space is 6,727.27 hectares,accounting for 2.96% of the total land area,which includes urban living space and rural living space.In the living space,the distribution of living space patches is scattered and in need of adjustment,and the problem of rural population loss and hollowing out is severe.The area of ecological space is 26,693.65 hectares,accounting for 11.76% of the total land area,which includes regulating ecological space and accommodating ecological space.In the ecological space,the distribution of ecological resources is uneven and the richness is low,and human activities have a strong impact on ecological space,making the ecological environment more fragile.(2)From the perspectives of production,life,and ecology,combined with the actual situation of the research area,a "Production-Living-Ecology Space" evaluation index system was constructed to analyze the level of development of the "Production-Living-Ecology Space",and the coordination degree model was used to measure the coordination level of the "Production-Living-Ecology Space".The research results show that the comprehensive development level of the "Production-Living-Ecology Space" in Wangkui County is relatively poor,and there are significant differences among various towns.In terms of spatial distribution,the production space has relatively strong development advantages in the central region,but the overall level is relatively balanced;the areas with strong development of living space are mainly concentrated in the western part of the research area,and the suitability for living in the eastern part is relatively poor;and the areas with good development of ecological space are mostly distributed on the edge of the research area.Overall,the rural space of Wangkui County has the characteristics of relatively balanced production elements,stronger development of living elements in the west and weaker in the east,and the distribution of ecological elements on the edge.The overall level of development of the "Production-Living-Ecology Space" decreases from the town center to the surrounding areas.According to the evaluation results of the coordinated development level of the "Production-Living-Ecology Space",it can be seen that the coordinated development degree of production-living space,production-ecological space,and living-ecological space in the research area are mostly moderate and poor,and overall,they are at a medium to low level.The overall coordinated level of the "Production-Living-Ecology Space" is mainly characterized by serious and moderate imbalances.(3)Based on the evaluation results of the comprehensive development level and coordination level of the "Production-Living-Ecology Space",according to the different core development functions of rural spaces in the research area,with the goal of coordinating the development of production space,living space,and ecological space,the rural space in Wangkui County is divided into three types: core function-led type,two-way coordinated optimization type,and "Production-Living-Ecology Spaces" restructuring type,with the goal of achieving coordinated development of rural production space,living space,and ecological space.Targeted optimization strategies are proposed.The research results show that for the production-led type in the core function-led type of town,the strategy is to "give full play to industrial advantages and achieve agglomeration integration";for the living-led type,the strategy is to "improve the quality of life and create livable space";for the ecology-oriented type,the strategy is to "strengthen ecological conservation and reduce human interference".For the two-way coordinated optimization type of town,the optimization strategy proposed is "coordinating to give full play to advantages and simultaneously improving shortcomings".For the "Production-Living-Ecology Spaces" restructuring type of town,the optimization strategy proposed is "strengthening resource integration and promoting joint development". |
