Since China’s accession to the WTO,China’s automobile industry has developed rapidly,and the proportion of automobile manufacturing industry in GDP ranks second in the manufacturing industry.With the increase of labor costs and land costs in China,automobile manufacturers have promoted automation to replace manual projects,trying to achieve more efficient,lower cost,more stable quality production through automation,so as to enhance competitiveness.However,for a long time,automobile manufacturing,like other traditional manufacturing industries,mainly focuses on training manual operators.Efficiency management focuses on the standardization and efficiency of assembly operators.The knowledge,skills and personnel of automatic equipment management are insufficient.The improvement and maintenance of comprehensive equipment efficiency after the introduction of a large number of automatic equipment has become a new problem.In this paper,the equipment comprehensive efficiency of an automatic production line of D Company was diagnosed and studied.In order to obtain accurate data on the current situation of crop movement for analysis,first,on the basis of analyzing the calculation method of equipment comprehensive efficiency and TPM theory,this paper analyzes the equipment situation of G production line,and analyzes the method of automatically collecting data for each element of equipment comprehensive efficiency of unmanned automatic production line,Through the transformation of the PLC signal points of the equipment and the application of the Internet of Things technology,the accurate information and data of the equipment are obtained,thus realizing the automatic monitoring and data acquisition of the comprehensive efficiency of the G production line equipment.Through the systematic calculation of the overall efficiency level of the equipment,the main problems and their causes are analyzed.Then,according to the causes of the problem,implement the countermeasures,and use the relevant theories and tools of lean production and TPM to analyze and improve the problem points;Aiming at the problem that the failure recovery time of key equipment is long and has a great impact,we identified key projects,increased the real-time status of sensor acquisition projects,and made use of big data for accurate prevention and monitoring to achieve predictive maintenance in advance of failures;In view of the low skill level of automation equipment maintenance personnel and excessive dependence on professional security personnel,the G production line production security operation benchmark and talent training mechanism were established;Through the implementation of various improvement measures,the comprehensive efficiency of G production line equipment was finally improved,the capacity of G production line was improved,the goal of G production line in investment review was achieved and effectively maintained,and the purpose of automation equipment investment was realized.The automatic monitoring equipment established this time integrates the system of accurate maintenance of productivity and big data,and the production security personnel training system can be horizontally extended to other automation production lines of Company D to improve the efficiency and management level of the company’s overall automation equipment.On the road of Made in China 2025,many domestic auto parts manufacturers are also vigorously promoting the construction of automatic production lines and digital chemical plants.While the hardware can be world-class,the corresponding management level and personnel quality should also be improved synchronously to achieve the desired effect.The experience of system development,automatic equipment efficiency management and personnel training in this paper can be used for reference.
