With the vigorous development of China’s transportation industry,China’s highway mileage has ranked first in the world,but with road surface pavement in a long period of time by the driving load repeatedly function in the process of driving factors appear all sorts of damage and the surrounding environment,seriously will affect the progress of the transportation and driving safety.At present,the detection method of road damage in our country has long time and much manpower.Therefore,it is necessary to design a method that can quickly,efficiently and low cost to detect road damage.In this paper,according to the variation of vibration in the Z-direction of vehicles on the road surface,a method of detecting road surface damage based on acceleration sensor based on triboelectric nanogenerator principle is proposed.This article covers the following contents.1.The necessity of pavement damage detection is demonstrated by introducing common asphalt pavement damage and the harm brought by pavement damage to the transportation industry,and the research status of road damage detection and acceleration sensor based on the Triboelectric nanogenerator principle are analyzed.The overall research scheme of detecting pavement damage by acceleration sensor based on triboelectric nanogenerator principle is determined.2.A simulation model was established by Adams/car software to analyze the influence of different grade road surface,speed and damaged road surface on Z-direction vibration during vehicle running,and the working principle of triboelectric nanogenerator was studied.The relationship between the output voltage V,the transferred charge Q and the external acceleration of the acceleration sensor based on the vertical contact-separation triboelectric nanogenerator model is analyzed.3.The structure of acceleration sensor based on TENG principle is designed according to vehicle vibration characteristics,and an experimental platform is established.The relationship between the output voltage of the acceleration sensor and the distance between the friction material based on the TENG principle,vibration frequency and acceleration are analyzed.Combined with the test results of acceleration sensor based on TENG principle designed in this paper and the simulation results of Adams/car software above,the feasibility of pavement damage detection of acceleration sensor based on TENG principle designed in this paper is analyzed.4.According to the output characteristics of acceleration sensor based on TENG principle designed in this paper,set the alarm positioning system by voltage threshold detection method of pavement damage,finished to the voltage threshold alarm positioning system hardware and software design,and establish the experimental verification platform,as the design of the acceleration sensor output voltage is more than this article set the threshold voltage,The current location information is successfully received. |
