Along with the continuous improvement of the manufacturing level of Chinese robots,the robots have been effectively applied in different fields,especially the wide application of industrial robots,not only promoted the development of Chinese manufacturing industry,but also improved the production efficiency of manufacturing related products,and has good prospects for development.Throughout the whole industry,the major high-tech companies have put the research focus on the technology development,in the shape design and control interface of the research and development of the aesthetic feeling,for the robot shape design and control interface of the industrial aesthetic research is very little.The main research work of this paper is as follows:First of all,according to the current situation and design requirements of the product modeling of the bundled bar labeling robot,a commercial robot product is selected as the benchmark model of the labeling robot modeling design.Through the analysis of the industry field,function,modeling,technology,color,material and other aspects,the direction of modeling design is obtained,and the overall modeling scheme of the bundled bar labeling robot is designed,and the color design is carried out.Secondly,based on the investigation and analysis of the problems existing in the control interface of the labeling robot,the design direction of the control interface was obtained according to the characteristics of the existing interface.Through literature research,user interview and questionnaire survey,the pain points of the control interface were obtained,and the design scheme of the control interface of the bundling bar labeling robot was designed.Finally,a complete model and control interface design of the bundling bar labeling robot are formed.In this paper,the relevant design elements of robot modeling and control interface are studied in depth.Based on the general industrial robot modeling,the modeling scheme of the baling bar labeling robot is designed,and the control interface of the baling bar labeling robot is designed according to the functions of the robot.
