Steel plate shear walls are a high-performance seismic component with good lateral resistance.With the rapid development of the economy,more and more high-rise buildings are using steel plate shear walls.However,traditional steel plate shear walls have problems such as premature out of plane buckling,poor energy dissipation,and difficult repair of component damage,which limit their further development.This article proposes a prefabricated lateral restrained finite slip steel plate shear wall using diagonal grid constrained components and adding limiters on the steel plate shear wall.The steel plate shear wall is restrained by limiters and constrained components under reciprocating loads to suppress premature out of plane buckling of embedded steel plates,thereby further improving the bearing capacity and seismic performance of the steel plate shear wall,Reduce repair costs by replacing damaged components after an earthquake,and achieve a design concept of reuse;This article studies and analyzes the mechanical characteristics of the prefabricated lateral constrained finite slip steel plate shear wall.A simplified model is established using Abaqus finite element software,and the simulated data is analyzed to study the mechanical characteristics of the prefabricated lateral constrained finite slip steel plate shear wall under cyclic loads,such as hysteresis curve,skeleton curve,stiffness degradation,energy dissipation capacity,etc.This article mainly studies the following aspects:1.This project proposes a model modeling method and mechanical model simplification for prefabricated lateral constrained finite slip steel plate shear walls based on the finite element software Abaqus,for buckling analysis and nonlinear large deformation numerical simulation analysis of the model.2.Based on the formula for calculating the shear bearing capacity of non stiffened steel plate shear walls on both sides and the influence of parameter changes on the shear bearing capacity of XSPSW,a formula for calculating the shear bearing capacity of XSPSW model is proposed.The formula addresses the buckling effect of constraint elements on embedded steel plates,as well as the influence of constraint elements on the lateral buckling and displacement loads of embedded steel plates as lower limit limiters for translational displacement,The elastic buckling load and restrained element bending stiffness of embedded steel plate sub plates were calculated.3.Numerical analysis of steel plate shear walls was conducted using Abaqus finite element software.The effects of parameters such as the height to thickness ratio of the embedded steel plate,the distance between the limiter and the constraint element,and the size of the embedded steel plate aperture on the lateral performance,shear strength,energy dissipation capacity,and hysteresis curve of the steel plate shear wall were compared..
