Research On The Construction Of A Public Cultural Space System In Rural Areas Along The Jilin Section Of The Beijing-Harbin Railway

Cultural revitalization is the soul of rural revitalization,and rural cultural revitalization cannot be achieved without the construction of rural public cultural space as a material carrier.In the process of construction of rural public cultural spaces in Jilin Province,on the one hand,the construction of rural public cultural spaces is not well integrated with the rural characteristic culture,and the cultural resources with rural characteristics are not sufficiently utilized;On the other hand,due to the backwardness of the rural infrastructure,there are few public cultural spaces in the countryside,and most of them are built under the government’s leadership to meet the villagers’ needs for public cultural services,but they do not cover the villages well and lack consideration for the development of an ageing rural population.In this context,it is necessary to improve the construction of rural public cultural spaces and introduce the theory of cultural ecology to construct a system of rural public cultural spaces.The three key issues in constructing a system of rural public cultural spaces are: firstly,how to develop rural characteristic culture,secondly,how to strengthen the connection of rural characteristic culture,and thirdly,how to improve the construction of rural public cultural services.The article takes the villages along the Beijing-Harbin railway Railway in Jilin province as an example to study the construction of a rural public cultural space system.The Beijing-Harbin Railway is an important railway Railway that has influenced the development of settlements in Jilin Province,and it has had a profound impact on the demographic structure,social structure,settlement patterns and life patterns of Jilin Province,so it is representative to choose villages along the Beijing-Harbin Railway to study the construction of rural public cultural space systems.The thesis firstly composes the concept,cognitive basis and elements of rural public cultural space,introduces the theory of cultural ecology,combines the policy needs of rural public cultural space and studies on rural public cultural space,proposes three levels of rural public cultural space construction: central public cultural space,corridor public cultural space and node public cultural space,and clarifies the concept and method of each level of construction.Through the establishment of the three tiers,rural culture is developed,the links and exchanges between rural cultures are strengthened and rural public cultural services are improved.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the development of central public cultural space relying on rural characteristics,the development needs of villagers for central public cultural space were analyzed through questionnaire survey,and the development mode of central public cultural space was proposed;based on the characteristics of a corridor-type public cultural space integrating cultural resources,the corridor-type public cultural space is extracted by explicitly studying the ecological characteristics and potential cultural routes of the region in conjunction with the idea of ecological civilisation,and a development model for the corridor-type public cultural space is proposed.The development model of corridor-type public cultural space is proposed;based on the feature of equalization and ageing development of node-type public cultural space,the spatial forms of different villages are analysed and the development model of nodetype public cultural space is proposed.Finally,the structure of the rural public cultural space system along the Jilin section of the Beijing-Harbin Railway is proposed based on the development patterns of various types of public cultural spaces,and the key construction of various types of public cultural spaces is proposed.Rural public cultural spaces are the places where villagers are most closely involved in cultural activities,and excellent rural public cultural spaces can effectively stimulate rural cultural values and enrich villagers’ cultural life.The article hopes that by constructing the rural public cultural space system along the Jilin section of the Beijing-Harbin Railway,it will improve the problems of underdeveloped rural characteristic culture,weak connections and imperfect public cultural construction,achieve the purpose of enriching rural cultural life,reshaping rural cultural ecology and helping rural cultural revitalisation,and provide a reference for the development of rural public cultural spaces in Jilin Province.
