Low Impact Development Concept Of Changchun Post-Industrial Landscape Regeneration Design

Under the background of China’s continuous and comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization strategy,rural environment in northeast region has been changing constantly,appearing in people’s eyes with more beautiful and dynamic appearance.The integration of landscape and village is a rural revitalization mode extended through the rural revitalization strategy,with rural ecological characteristics and effective use of natural resources as the development core.Through the close connection between rural public space environment,rural landscape and rural public facilities,the rural ecological environment is optimized and a better living environment is formed.Rural public facilities,as a "name card" to show the rural environment,not only reflect the constant changes of the rural landscape,but also affect people’s perception and recognition of the rural environment.In recent years,with the implementation of the northeast rural policy,the demand for rural public facilities has been increasing,and the design of rural public facilities has become an important means to improve the quality of life of rural residents and enhance the rural living environment.At present,the northeast region pays little attention to the construction of rural public facilities,and the rural development speed is slow nationwide.As a result,the existing rural public facilities in the Northeast region generally have problems such as imperfect public facilities function,unclear regional characteristics and poor experience.Therefore,the existing and lacking rural public facilities in Northeast region should be optimized to further promote the integration of rural public facilities and rural environment.Based on the integration model of landscape and village,this paper studies the design of rural public facilities in Northeast China,and takes the public facilities in Xinjia Village,Luxiang Town,Shuangyang District,Changchun City,Jilin Province,as an example to update and optimize the design.In the process of research,combined with field research,literature collation,multidisciplinary research and summary and other methods,firstly through the northeast region of rural natural environment and rural development mode of the sorting,clear the concept of landscape and village integration mode and rural public facilities;Secondly,it analyzes the status quo and influencing factors of rural public facilities in Northeast China,finds out the existing problems in the design of rural public facilities in Northeast China,and puts forward the principles and strategies for the design of rural public facilities in Northeast China in line with the integration model of landscape and village.Finally,this paper optimizes the design of public facilities in Xinjia Village,Lu Township,Shuangyang District,Changchun City,so as to make rural public facilities more perfect,and further promote the integration of rural natural environment and public facilities,so as to provide certain reference for the design of rural public facilities in northeast China and even in China.
