Study On The Design Of Brownfield Landscape Regeneration In Changchun Under The Concept Of Resilient City

The urbanization process promotes urban expansion and industrial structure upgrading,so that urban brownfield sites are mostly industrial waste sites and polluted sites in urban centers,and they often appear in the form of relatively concentrated brownfield clusters.On the one hand,these potentially risky abandoned spatial areas hinder the healthy development of cities,and on the other hand,they will cause continuous and irreversible harm to ecological environment and human health.In recent years,China has attached great importance to the legacy and regeneration of urban brownfields,vigorously strengthened the management of urban environment,and actively promoted the regeneration and utilization of such stock of land under the guidance of urban renewal background and resilient city theory.The regeneration of urban brownfields has rapidly developed into a key issue to be solved in the construction of ecological civilization in China.The paper attempts to take Changchun urban brownfield as the research object,combine the concept of resilient city to propose regeneration design ideas for urban brownfield,and carry out organic regeneration of the site,which not only relates to the development of the future pattern of urban space,but also can give full play to the inherent potential value of the city.The whole paper consists of four chapters with summary and outlook.1.On the basis of clear research significance and objectives,the theories and real cases related to urban brownfield at home and abroad are organized,the research content of this topic is constructed,and a comprehensive analysis and study of urban brownfield is carried out.2.Sort out the connotation,theoretical system and evaluation indexes of the concept of resilient city,analyze the concept,types and characteristics of urban brownfield,and determine the feasible framework for urban brownfield regeneration design under the concept of resilient city.3.Analyze the development of Changchun urban brownfield along with industrial development,grasp the characteristics of Changchun urban brownfield,and summarize the design principles of Changchun urban brownfield landscape regeneration under the guidance of resilient city concept.To compile the regeneration design application and regeneration model of Changchun urban brownfield site under the concept of resilient city,and to construct the design procedure of Changchun urban brownfield restoration and regeneration.Based on the above research,this paper selects representative brownfield sites in Changchun as the objects of investigation and analysis of brownfield sites.4.Taking Changchun North Oil Depot area as an example,the application of the resilient city concept to the landscape regeneration design of Changchun urban brownfields is argued and the future development is foreseen.
