Study On The Plant Configuration And Landscape Design Of The Flower Expo Garden Under The Background Of The Botanical Park

In the era of advancing ecological civilization,the development of urban flower Expo Gardens,garden Expo parks,green Expo Gardens,and other exhibition gardens is gaining momentum.These gardens,characterized by their distinct themes,picturesque landscapes,and engaging activities,have become immensely popular among the general public.However,due to the limited exhibition period,government authorities at all levels are increasingly concerned about maximizing the utilization of exhibition parks,which requires significant investments in manpower,resources,and finances.In the future,flower Expo Gardens will be strategically planned and constructed within botanical parks.The focus of this thesis is on the flower Expo Garden in Jieshou City,specifically its plant configuration and landscaping.By employing research methods such as literature review,case analysis,field research,and case validation,the aim is to achieve functional integration between the flower Expo Garden in Jieshou City and the future botanical park.The ultimate objective is to ensure the sustainable utilization of the flower Expo Garden beyond the exhibition period.Through the study of plant configuration and landscaping in flower expo gardens and botanical parks at home and abroad,combined with the design case of plant configuration and landscaping in flower Expo Garden of Jieshou City,the research results of this thesis were as follows:(1)Research on the concept connotation and extension of botanical garden,botanical park,flower Expo garden and flower Expo was carried out,and the research progress of plant configuration and landscape construction in botanical garden,botanical park and flower Expo garden at home and abroad was summarized.(2)Compared and analyzed the differences and similarities between flower Expo Garden and botanical park in function;The principle of planning and design of botanical park and expo garden and the design strategy of plant configuration and landscaping are put forward.The typical cases are analyzed and the experience of plant configuration and landscape construction is summarized.(3)Explore the integration of functions of Expo Garden and botanical park after the exhibition,and discuss the design strategy of transforming Expo Garden into botanical park with plant configuration and landscaping.(4)Based on the research results of the theory and practice of plant configuration and landscaping in flower Expo Garden and botanical Park,the thesis analyzes the current situation of flower Expo Garden in Jieshou City.The whole garden is divided into five functional areas: image entrance area,innovation exhibition area,outdoor exhibition area,fun garden area and natural leisure area.And designed nine city exhibition gardens: Funan Garden,Yingshang Garden,Yingzhou Garden,Jieshou Garden,Xihu Garden,Yingdong Garden,Yingquan Garden,Linquan Garden,Taihe Garden,and nine botanical gardens:Begonia Garden,Plum Garden,Magnolia Garden,Laurel Garden,peach and plum Garden,Rose Garden,Eight Immortalized Garden,Lotus Garden and water Lily Garden.Based on the functional zoning and layout of the overall plan,according to the functions and themes of different functional areas,the thesis uses the design strategy of plant configuration and landscaping to obtain the system design results of plant configuration and landscaping in flower Expo Garden in Jieshou City.It provides reference for reasonable utilization of various exhibition gardens in the future.
