Mentougou District is an important water source conservation area in Beijing,and is a key area for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy and the construction of the Yongding River Cultural Belt in Xishan.The Yongding River and its tributary,Qingshui River,run through the area from northwest to southeast,and the valleys extending from the river channel are distributed in a fishbone like pattern along the river channel.Gullies are mountain gullies formed by continuous erosion of surface runoff.Their settlements are built according to the terrain of the mountains and are distributed according to the shape of the valleys.The safety and suitability of the living environment in the valleys are influenced by the disasters and ecological conditions in the valleys.Based on the above background,this article takes 29 typical valleys in the Guanting Gorge section of the Yongding River in Mentougou as the research scope.By studying their living environment and water adaptability characteristics,a water adaptability construction strategy is constructed to provide reference for the water adaptability management of the living environment in Mentougou Valley.The main research content includes:Firstly,based on the current situation of water adaptability in the Mentougou Valley,the characteristics of water adaptability and living environment in the valley area were summarized:water adaptability is characterized by water shortage,severe soil erosion,and frequent disasters,while living environment is characterized by the close distribution and construction relationship between settlements and valleys.Secondly,taking small watershed as the basic unit,the spatial database of gully small watershed was established.The existing information is summarized and extracted through ArcGis software,and the characteristic elements,runoff,inundation points,heritage points,disaster points,etc.are supplemented to improve the information in the spatial database,form a visual graphical representation,and provide a data basis for the study of water adaptability of Mentougou Valley.Thirdly,based on hydrogeological factors,runoff factors,and heritage resource factors,the number of disaster risk points,unit length runoff,and landscape heritage points are extracted as indicator factors.The comprehensive evaluation of their water adaptability governance value is conducted through the Analytic Hierarchy Process and multi expert evaluation method,and the weight of indicator factors and the ranking of small watersheds are finally obtained.Based on the evaluation results,the governance planning of valleys is guided.Fourthly,propose strategies for water adaptability construction in small valley basins.Based on the evaluation results of the characteristics,with a focus on soil erosion control,the ecological construction strategy of "three defense lines" and the economic construction strategy of tourism development are proposed.Through regional division,zoning and planning for soil and water conservation,water system ditch management,rural garbage pollution prevention and control,and tourism development,governance measures are proposed.Based on the priority results of governance,planning and specific governance methods are proposed for the construction strategy of water adaptability in the living environment of the region.
