| In recent years, frequent natural disasters have caused a large number of casualties, property losses and social order chaos in urban and rural areas in China, which has had a great impact on the sustainable development of urban and rural areas, and it is urgent to improve the resilience of urban and rural areas.Traditional villages living in harmony with nature have maintained vigorous vitality after thousands of years, especially in cold region with harsher climatic conditions, the high resilience of traditional villages is the key factor for their continued survival, and finding the influencing factors that promote the continuation of traditional villages to today, and evaluating their resilience has important significance for the sustainable development of urban and rural areas.Taking Sanjiazi Village,Qiqihaer City,Heilongjiang Province,a traditional village,as the research object, this research takes the theory of sustainable urban and rural development as the theoretical basis, takes the construction of ecological space of water governance with resilience characteristics as the foothold, and combines the analytic hierarchy method to construct a resilience evaluation model of village ecological space of water governance based on BP neural network to quantitatively evaluate the resilience of village ecological space of water governance, explore the key factors affecting resilience to propose strategies for improving the resilience of ecological space of water governance of villages in cold regions, and provide reference for the sustainable development of urban and rural areas.Firstly, the practical dilemma of urban and rural resilience in urgent need of improvement is clarified, and the research purpose and significance of this research are proposed in view of the current problems in urban and rural areas in coping with disasters, and the importance and urgency of quantitative evaluation of the resilience of ecological space of water governance in village are expounded.Secondly,Sanjiazi village,a typical representative of traditional villages in cold regions, was selected as the research object, and the research method of resilience of ecological space of water governance of villages in cold regions was determined from the perspective of multi-layer screening.Thirdly,on the basis of reading a large number of relevant literature, the evaluation index system of village ecological water control spatial resilience is constructed, and the sample data is obtained by combining analytic hierarchy method and practical research, and the index weight is determined by analytic hierarchy method, and then,BP neural network model for evaluation of of resilience of ecological space of water governance of villages in cold regions is constructed by using the good generalization performance and processing ability of nonlinear influencing factor of BP neural network.Through multiple training,a model that meets the evaluation of resilience of ecological space of water governance is obtained.Taking Sanjiazi Village as an example, the resilience of ecological space of water governance was quantitatively analyzed, and the key factors affecting resilience were identified to propose urban and rural resilience improvement strategies, and the application ec practical cases was used to provide support for further exploring the path of resilient construction and sustainable development of urban and rural areas.Based on BP neural network, this research constructs the evaluation index system of resilience,of ecological space of water governance of village and explores the key factors affecting the spatial resilience of ecological space of water governance of village, which not only enriches the methodological research of village resilience evaluation, but also provides new thinking and new perspectives for urban and rural sustainable development from the spatial level of ecological space of water governance. |
