Research On Tourist Satisfaction Evaluation Index System Of Public Culture Space In Traditional Villages In Cold Region

The introduction of a series of policies such as the new socialist countryside,beautiful villages and rural revitalization has ushered in new opportunities for the rejuvenation of traditional villages.More and more traditional villages with distinctive characteristics have begun to develop tourism.However,many problems have arisen in the process of tourism development,resulting in lower tourist satisfaction.However,due to the cold climate and backward economic development,the traditional villages in China’s cold regions are particularly serious in tourism development.The dilemma faced by rural culture in rural tourism development is closely related to the lack of rural public cultural space.The traditional village public cultural space is the main space for interpersonal communication of traditional villagers.It is not only the carrier of local culture protection and inheritance,but also meets tourists.Cultural support and an important support for improving the travel experience.Therefore,the improvement of the traditional village public cultural space will effectively compensate for the decline of rural culture and contribute to the improvement of tourist satisfaction.However,the current research on the public cultural space of traditional villages in the cold is relatively lacking.Based on the special nature of traditional villages in cold regions combined with the basic attributes of public cultural space,this study constructs a tourist satisfaction evaluation index system for traditional cultural communities in cold regions.The purpose is to guide and evaluate the public culture of traditional villages in the cold from the perspective of tourists’ satisfaction.The protection and development of space,better protection and inheritance of local culture enable the village to achieve sustainable development and ultimately achieve rural regeneration.It was then applied to the case village and suggested corresponding improvements.Firstly,based on the literature analysis method,the related literatures are reviewed and analyzed.According to the principles of science,effectiveness,comprehensiveness,representativeness,hierarchy and operability,the set of influence factors of tourists’ satisfaction is established,and then the rooted theory is used to Analyze and extract,and initially construct a tourist satisfaction evaluation index system for traditional village public cultural space.Secondly,the fuzzy Delphi method is used to ask the experts to correct the preliminary selection indicators to make them more representative and accurate.Then,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to calculate the weight of each indicator to form the final evaluation index system of tourist satisfaction in the traditional village public culture space.Finally,using the above evaluation index system to apply the traditional village case research,verify the rationality of the index system and based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and IPA analysis methodcombined with the performance of each indicator,propose corresponding improvement suggestions for the village.This paper constructs the three levels of spiritual space,material space and social space as the first level index layer,with the folklore activities,folk culture,square space,street space,community participation,and social participation as the secondary index layer.20 tourist satisfaction factors such as the inheritance of folk activities,the richness of folk activities,and the participation of folk activities are the evaluation index system of tourists’ satisfaction in the cold village traditional village public cultural space at the third level index layer,and then assign weights to various indicators.value.In the applied research,Enhe Village needs to give priority to improving the perfect tourism service facilities,traditional landscape level,inheritance of folk activities,and participation in folk activities.This study will provide a theoretical basis for the in-depth study of the satisfaction evaluation of tourists in the traditional village public cultural space,and provide an objective reference for the transformation of the public cultural space of the traditional villages in the cold regions.
