| The massive outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia has become a major international public health emergency that has affected the economy and development of all sectors to some degree.As China enters the "post-epidemic" phase,there is a growing concern for spaces to be "epidemic-proof".The primary need of employees in the new office space under the epidemic is safety and the secondary need is comfort;from the perspective of managers,economic factors must also be considered.The office space under the impact of the epidemic needs to make full use of the flexibility,efficiency and convenience of modular design,space module division,reorganization of workstation layout,rational planning of flow lines,in the dynamic changes to create a more creative space to meet the basic functional needs of people for office space.People are increasingly concerned about environmental quality and health and safety in the workplace,not only in response to current health challenges,but also because they realize how important a good indoor environment is for the health of employees,which is why the humane and safe design of office spaces has become a key aspect during the epidemic.This paper first explores the origins of office spaces,outlines their types and organizational characteristics,and also analyzes the challenges faced by office spaces under the impact of the epidemic and proposes strategies to reshape humane office environments.Secondly,the research is placed in the post-epidemic era,with a comprehensive analysis of workstation layout,flow arrangement and partition design in terms of behavioral habits,psychological needs and flexible space.Finally,suggestions are made to improve the traditional office space development model by using the concept of intelligence to improve the quality of space and tap the potential social value;further update the design development strategy,analyze the new office model and future space design trends under the fluctuation of the epidemic,and think about the new direction of future work style and environment.The study found that in the post-epidemic period,the humanized and safe design of office space combined with the new hybrid office space model can make the office space also give employees a sense of "home" security.In addition,improving the availability and flexibility of space and enriching the form of space use can enhance employees’ trust and sense of security in public space,ensuring the attractiveness and efficiency of office space on the basis of safety. |
