At present,from the perspective of global tourism,the countryside is faced with the contradiction between people,land and property.For the scenic marginal countryside,the main body of the countryside has changed and the industry is in urgent need of transformation.This research attempts to apply the urban catalyst theory to the rural renewal and explore the specific path for the renewal and activation of scenic marginal countryside.This research first summarizes the problems existing in the development of scenic marginal countryside,and makes theoretical research based on the current situation and problems,and proposes that the urban catalyst theory is a feasible and effective guide to solve the problems of scenic marginal countryside.Secondly,through the analysis and research of relevant cases,it is concluded that taking rural public facilities,a public and demonstrative building,as the carrier as the breakthrough point,it is easier to play the catalyst effect,and can achieve the extension of value with point and surface,connectivity and diffusion,and produce the effect of the same frequency resonance.Finally,taking Da lade Village,Yiliang County,Kunming City as an example,this paper summarizes a series of problems existing in Da lade Village,takes the concentrated problems as the starting point,selects the influential village center public facilities for updating,combines the space composite design,summarizes and puts forward the update strategy of public facilities in Da lade village,in order to improve the construction of the human settlement environment in Da lade village.And provide reference for other similar scenic spots marginal rural renewal in China.
