Research And Practice Of Rural Revitalization Under The Trend Of Disurbanization

In the process of rapid urbanization,many villages in China are gradually becoming old and hollow.Most of the houses are in disrepair and the facilities are outdated,making it difficult to meet the living needs.Following the pace of rural revitalization,I have witnessed the decay of the countryside and listened to the voices of villagers during many research projects.In my participation in the rural revitalization project,I tried to analyze the correlation between the phenomenon of reverse urbanization and rural revitalization by combing the development history of Yunnan’s countryside,exploring the motivation and mechanism of Yunnan’s rural development,and conducting empirical research from the design level.Based on the Northam Curve and the Spatial Cycle Hypothesis,the four stages of urban development correspond to the rate of urbanization: urbanization(30%)-suburbanization(30%-70%)-counter-urbanization(70%)-reurbanization(70%).When the urbanization rate reaches 70%,reverse urbanization occurs.At present,some provincial capitals and developed cities in China have exceeded this value,so a wave of reverse urbanization has emerged in the community.Relevant studies show that the development of the countryside is mainly influenced by the push-pull mechanism,where the push of urbanization hinders the inflow of population,while the pull of reverse urbanization attracts the return of people.The paper makes a relevant research analysis of the motivation,mechanism,and process of rural development,and believes that its development is caused by both internal and external factors.Combining with the actual situation in China,the paper takes time as a clue and divides the rural development process under the influence of the reverse urbanization trend into three stages,namely the starting stage,the development stage,and the maturity stage,and analyzes the characteristics and laws of the influence of urban development on rural areas in different periods with relevant cases.Then,combining with the current problems of actual projects,we propose corresponding strategies in terms of grasping the timing,value-driven,guaranteeing the main body,scale linkage,resource overlay,building platform,system innovation,and environmental improvement.Based on theoretical analysis and field research,the development objectives of the design object are established: 1.to improve the living standard of villagers;2.to increase the productivity of rural areas and balance the reciprocal relationship with foreign enterprises;3.to propose the rural development concept of farmers’ participation;4.to guarantee the rural self-sufficiency as much as possible and reduce the interference with a traditional living culture.In addition,we take a spatial environmental improvement as a breakthrough and combine three typical villages in different periods of reverse urbanization,namely Kunming Dounan Village,Kunming Damoyu Village,and Nujiang Fenghua-Huang Song Area,as design evidence to explore the spatial means of village revitalization in planning and design and offer our own humble opinions on the future development of villages.
