Research On The Design Of New Rural Residential Buildings From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

The present stage is the final stage for China to build a well-off society in an all-round way.As a large agricultural country,rural construction is the key for China to successfully enter a well-off society.Like a raging fire,Xi Jinping,general secretary of the CPC,proposed the strategy of developing the countryside in an all-round way to promote the development of rural areas in China.The rural construction is in full swing in the nineteen big areas.Under the background of "livability" and "livability" in rural areas,it is an important way to solve the problem of "suitable rural construction" and "how to solve it in a scientific way".In the early stage of the paper,through consulting the literature,analyzed and studied the current situation of the existing rural housing,found that there are still some contradictions between the functional space and structural system of the existing rural housing and the new requirements of Rural Revitalization.It is difficult to fully adapt to the development of Rural Revitalization only through reconstruction.The research object of this paper is the newly-built rural housing.Taking the functional space and structural system as the breakthrough point,this paper discusses the functional adaptive design of "livable" and "suitable for business" of rural housing and the structural adaptive strategy of "suitable construction",so that the rural housing can reflect the thinking and response to the Rural Revitalization Strategy in terms of function and structure.In the study of the functional space design of rural housing,this paper first carries out a sustainable functional space design for the dynamic development of rural residential family structure,then designs the main room and courtyard space in view of the lack of rural civilization,so as to make the residence more livable;finally,according to the type of rural residential family industry,the paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of rural housing The space of production and management is designed to make the rural housing better serve the requirements of "suitable industry".In the research of rural housing structure system,this paper takes the time line as the clue to sort out the representative structure system in rural areas,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of rural housing representative structure system in different periods under the background of Rural Revitalization from the perspectives of economic convenience,ecological environment protection,comfortable and livable,characteristics and features,and industrialization development.In view of their outstanding problems,the paper puts forward rural housing The strategy of structural adaptability can make the rural housing of various structural systems get better development under the background of rural revitalization,and achieve the requirements of more "suitable for construction".Finally,based on the actual project of rural housing model in a university,according to the point of view,combined with the actual situation,this paper designs the functional space and structural system of the model housing,hoping to provide the basis for the design and reference of new rural housing in the future.
