Research On The Design Of Affordable Housing Based On Service Supporting

In recent years,relevant policies and measures have been introduced to promote the construction of affordable housing.Although the housing contradictions have been alleviated to a certain extent,the unreasonable allocation of service facilities and the mismatch between supply and demand,such as the demand for supply and demand,are prominent,which seriously affect the efficiency of affordable housing.In view of this series of social problems,this research starts with the affordable housing design of Dong Feng Yun Art Town,pays attention to the different living characteristics of the service groups of affordable housing and the service groups of scenic spots in tourist towns,runs through the "people-oriented" design concept,and takes the advantaged location,ecology,industry,tourism and other resources as an opportunity to strengthen the overall planning vision of the area.From the perspective of the opening and sharing of service supporting facilities,multi-level and multi-dimensional exploration should be made on how affordable housing can enjoy social public resources more equally,how to make rational use of public resources to a greater extent,so as to improve the social recognition of affordable housing in terms of social welfare,happiness,safety and functionality,and promote the equalization of public services.Is a return to ordinary daily life,towards the ideal of living a search.
