Megacities are accelerating the construction of rail transit and entering into network operation. However, some rail stations have problems of unbalanced resource allocation and passenger flow distribution, and a variety of factors jointly influence residents’ travel behavior after the rail transit network is formed. Therefore, the thesis investigates the characteristics of rail transit under network conditions, the accessibility of rail stations and station selection behavior, and the multimodal travel selection behavior of residents. The results provide a theoretical basis for guiding residents to use rail transit to travel, optimizing the travel structure, and comprehensively developing rail transit TOD cities. The distribution pattern of incoming and outgoing passenger flow of rail network is analyzed in both time and space dimensions based on the obtained rail AFC data. The power-law distribution model is used to analyze the rail flow under network conditions, and the community division of rail stations is based on the BGLL algorithm, and the differences in the community structure of rail stations on different dates are compared. The results show that the rail flow under network conditions is relatively robust, with few abnormal fluctuations in passenger flow, but uneven spatial distribution;the community structure of rail on different dates is more similar, and the travel pattern of residents is more stable. We measure the spatial accessibility of rail station catchment area, network accessibility of rail stations, and analyze the accessibility differences of different rail stations.Considering the accessibility and service quality of rail stations, the residents located in the overlapping areas of multiple rail station catchment area used to analyze the attractiveness of rail stations and quantify the probability of choosing rail stations using Huff model. The results show that rail stations in downtown areas have a high attractiveness index, and the probability of residents choosing rail stations for travel is influenced by multiple factors.Structural equation theory and theory of planned behavior are used to construct a potential psychological influence model and a comprehensive model of travel choice intention(MIMIC)of residents’ use of rail, respectively,to reveal the influence between potential psychological variables and external explicit variables of residents.Combined with the Cross-nested Logit model to construct a travel mode choice model with different rail travel intention as the upper nest and three travel modes of walking, bicycling and bus as the lower nest, the influential factors of residents’ travel using rail transit are obtained, and the correlation between the travel mode choice under the premise of different travel intention.
