| Throughout the social and economic development of our country,the construction enterprise plays a very important role in it.In recent years,more and more construction enterprises were born in our country,the competition in the field of construction project is increasingly fierce,the competition between the industries is also very severe.Construction enterprises need to take the price advantage to stand out in this case,but the enterprise profits will also be reduced.In recent years,the state attaches great importance to the development of the construction industry,the construction quality of the construction industry has put forward higher requirements,coupled with the rising cost of labor and raw materials,construction enterprises should focus on the control of project costs.If enterprises want to stand out in the fierce competition and get more economic profits,they need to take scientific and effective cost control measures.At present,a management theory which is relatively mature and has wide application scope is complete life cycle theory.The introduction of the theory can enable the enterprise to analyze the elements of the project costs based on the whole life cycle Angle,but the related theory research in our country still is lack,and hasn’t been applied in practice.On the whole,the cost control of engineering projects is an organic whole,which involves many cost factors in the whole life cycle of the project investment decision,preliminary preparation,construction,completion acceptance and operation and maintenance stage.The cost factors in these different stages are interrelated and influence each other,and the influence on the project cost is different in different stages of the project.Therefore,research on project cost control from the perspective of the whole life cycle can effectively control project costs,and help construction enterprises to reasonably reduce project costs and improve profits.Based on this,this paper takes the H mechanical and electrical installation project as an example to find and summarize the existing problems in cost control at different stages of the construction project through in-depth interviews with relevant project personnel,including insufficient market research in the early stage,weak cost control consciousness of project managers,insufficient management talent reserve,and insufficient control of major costs.The actual cost analysis is not in place,and the settlement work is not carried out in time.Through in-depth research,the paper divides the construction project into four stages based on the whole life cycle theory,one is the early decision-making stage,the other is the construction preparation stage,the third is the construction implementation stage,and the fourth is the completion acceptance and operation and maintenance stage.It introduces the cost composition and cost control of the different stages of the project in detail.In this way,a series of problems in the cost control of project H are analyzed in depth,and corresponding optimization strategies are proposed according to the existing problems in different stages.The research of this paper can provide some reference for the similar projects of other construction enterprises in cost control,so that they have a higher level of cost control,so that enterprises in the fierce competition more advantages.However,due to the different regions and market situations of engineering projects,the contents of project cost control from the perspective of full life cycle will be different.Therefore,it is also necessary for project managers to work out cost control methods suitable for enterprise development through certain exploration and integration,and constantly adjust them in practical application. |
