Widely employed in all aspects of life,valves are a vital apparatus.Water supply regulation valve is a critical component of the water supply system,capable of intelligently adjusting water flow and pressure.Water supply regulating valve as an indispensable link,occupy a very important position,production process control,equipment control is a key factor to realize process automation,has important significance,and among them,the valve opening and closing and safe operation,related to the quality of the entire water supply system operation.This dissertation seeks to explore the structure and flow characteristics of an intelligent regulating valve in a water supply system,as well as its control performance,in order to discover the most effective intelligent control technique and enhance the efficacy and dependability of the system.The valve is capable of adjusting the flow rate and other parameters in real time,thus providing superior regulating performance.This dissertation takes the three-eccentric butterfly valve with a pressure of 0.2MPa at normal temperature and a diameter of 100mm as the research object.It adopts the Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)method and adopts the single-phase flow model to analyze the flow characteristics(such as fluid speed and flow condition)of the water supply regulator.The structure of regulating valve is optimized.The utilization of fuzzy PID technology to regulate the servo control system of a water supply system’s intelligent regulating valve enhances the stability and robustness of the control system,thereby optimizing its performance.The primary research topics are as follows1.The design of an intelligent valve structure for the water supply system,including wall thickness,seal pressure,stem torque,and other valve body parts calculations and checks was complete.The valve transmission mechanism was then designed and calculated,load inertia and torque of the servo motor were calculated,motor selection was finished,and the valve parts and assembly drawings were drawn.2.Solid Works and CFD calculation were in conjunction with the governing equation of fluid mechanics,as well as Fluent simulation technology,enabled the creation of a model of an intelligent regulating valve of water supply.Subsequently,the simulation data of flow rate,pressure,and flow resistance of this valve system,with varying opening degrees,was obtained,and numerical simulation analysis was employed.The flow characteristic of intelligent regulating valve of water supply system was studied.3.Based on flow field simulation,the flow characteristics and flow resistance characteristics of intelligent regulating valve of water supply system were studied,and they were taken as evaluation indexes,and the axial eccentricity a,radial eccentricity b and eccentricity Angleφwere taken as horizontal factors.Orthogonal tests were designed and completed.Optimization of the flow coefficient leads to an increase of 3.132m3/h and a reduction of 12.9Pa·s·m-2 in the flow resistance coefficient,thus significantly enhancing the flow performance and dependability of the water supply system.4.Exploring the interplay of various components in a water supply system’s intelligent regulation valve control system,a mathematical model of valve servo control was constructed to acquire its transmission function and equation of state.Additionally,the static and dynamic performance of the system was examined and scrutinized.5.To simulate and analyze the control system,three PID control modes,including non-PID,conventional PID,fuzzy PID,and so forth were employed to satisfy the intelligent control needs of the water supply system.The fuzzy PID technology has been discovered to significantly enhance the steadiness and strength of the intelligent regulator valve motor servo control system in the water supply system.It can more quickly and precisely detect the alterations of the external environment,thus optimizing the system’s performance optimally.
