| With the continuous development of the new energy vehicle industry and the increasing production and sales of new energy vehicles,new energy vehicle power batteries are about to reach the first climax of end-of-life recycling.But in the process of recycling,due to the mixed market,both large enterprises and small workshops,resulting in low recycling efficiency,as well as serious environmental pollution and other problems.Therefore,it is crucial for the government to introduce relevant policies to regulate the market,so that used power batteries flow from small workshops,i.e.,informal channels,to formal channels.This paper constructs a model of competition between formal and informal recycling channels of new energy vehicle power batteries under centralized and decentralized decision making,and considers different government intervention policies,which not only improves the research in the field of new energy power battery recycling,but also provides reference for the government to formulate policies.In order to analyze the impact of different government intervention policies on the recycling channels of new energy vehicle power batteries,firstly,a game model of formal and informal dual-channel recycling of power batteries under two decision-making modes,centralized and decentralized,is established and analyzed for comparison,secondly,two intervention policies,government subsidies and regulation,are added to the basic model,and the impact of the two policies on dual-channel recycling of power batteries under different modes is analyzed,and finally,by Finally,the following main conclusions are drawn: under the absence of government intervention,the formal channel is less competitive than the informal channel,regardless of whether it is centralized or decentralized;the centralized decision mode is better than the decentralized decision mode overall.Under the government subsidy policy,in the competition of two channels in the centralized mode,the competitiveness of formal channel gradually increases and finally is higher than that of informal channel;in the competition of two channels in the decentralized decision,the competitiveness of formal channel gradually increases and finally is higher than that of informal channel,and the effect of centralized decision is more significant than that of decentralized decision.Under the government subsidy policy,in the centralized mode twochannel competition,the formal channel competitiveness gradually increases finally higher than the informal channel;in the decentralized decision two-channel competition,the formal channel competitiveness gradually increases finally higher than the informal channel,and the effect of centralized decision is more significant than decentralized decision.The government adopts different intervention policies can improve the competitiveness of formal channels,and the impact on recycling price,recycling volume and profit is related to the ratio of the amount of government subsidies and supervision,and the specific policies can be decided according to the actual situation of the government.In summary,power battery recycling is a long-term issue that requires the joint efforts of recyclers and processors,government and consumers in the recycling market to finally achieve efficient recycling,green recycling and low carbon recycling. |
