With the improvement of manufacturing level in modern society,residents’ consumption concepts are constantly upgrading,and more and more types of household appliances are flooding the market,the competition between the household appliance industry is also becoming increasingly fierce.In such an environment,in order to occupy a favorable position in the fierce market competition,the upstream and downstream enterprises in the home appliance supply chain must closely cooperate to improve the operational efficiency of the supply chain.For the home appliance supply chain,a coordination mechanism specifically designed for the home appliance supply chain is customized based on the transaction cooperation between enterprises to incentivize transactions between enterprises,in order to reduce transaction risks and costs,improve the degree of information sharing and collaboration,operational efficiency,and profit level of the supply chain.Through investigation and research on the home appliance supply chain,this article found that the information mastery of node enterprises in the home appliance supply chain is independent of each other and lacks effective communication at different stages.Downstream retailers who also have key information about customer needs are unwilling to share information with upstream enterprises due to their own inform ation security and privacy issues,which leads to the emergence of order pull defects.If things go on like this,it will further exacerbate the problem of information sharing in various links of the supply chain,seriously affecting the operation of the supply chain.This thesis takes the large-scale orders sent upstream by home appliance retailers in sudden scenarios as the background,and takes the transaction cooperation between downstream manufacturers,logistics service provider,and retailers in the home appliance supply chain as the research object.Firstly,based on factors such as order revenue and shared information volume in sudden scenarios,multiple indicators such as information sharing cost coefficient and supply chain subsidy coefficient are introduced to construct a tripartite evolutionary game model for home appliance supply chain enterprises,analyzed the evolutionary stability of game strategies among tripartite enterprises in the home appliance supply chain,clarified the mutual influence of strategy choices among tripartite enterprises,and obtained two important coefficients that affect game strategy choices under incentive mechanisms.Secondly,based on the evolutionary game theory and combined with the characteristics of smart contracts,the implementation of the transaction process of enterprises under incentive mechanisms on the smart contract platform are designed,the platform architecture,business logic,and functional framework for application scenarios are implement by using module creation.Finally,Simio software are used to simulate and solve the incentive mechanism based on the relevant data of a certain refrigerator from H Home Appliance Company,and the profit levels under the traditional mode and incentive mechanism are compared.The conclusion shows that the incentive mechanism designed based on game theory and smart contract in this thesis is helpful to improve the transaction cooperation,information sharing and collaboration among household appliance supply chain enterprises and the overall profit level of the supply chain.
