Research On The Coordination Of Contracts Subject Relations For Large Construction Projects Under Asymmetric Information

Large construction project as an important guarantee for the coordinated development of the national economy,and it is a complex of a multivariate contract subject. Currently,although such as EPC, DB project management model has poured into the market of large construction projects, as the traditional contract mode, DBB still has been used in domestic construction market.And in the process of cooperation,every contract subject is seeking to maximize self-interest, so that the conflicts of interest often happen.If these conflicts from potential slowly toward intensify,that become the problems of contract management.At this time,the main task of the contract management is through the coordination and management of the contract subject relationship to weaken the conflict between the subject,and convert their relationship by opposition to cooperation.Therefore, this paper takes DBB mode as an example,and analysis how to coordinate relationship of contracts subject for large construction projects,coordinate the interests requirements of contract subject respective.This paper is based on the coordination of the subject relationship between domestic and foreign contracts.From the perspective of the owner,and using game theory to solve because of incomplete contract and information asymmetry caused by the inconsistent relationship of the contract subject.Theoretical analysis and current status survey show that the root of uncoordinated contract subject relationship is inconsistent the interests of the target.Therefore,in this paper,according to different postulated conditions,different action sequences and different information structures,and use different game model,such as the dynamic game of incomplete information、static games of incomplete information, respectively, to research on the relationship of contract subject in the contract signing stage and the contract performance stage.Through the analysis of the game model,and according to the conclusion of game equilibrium,this paper establishes the corresponding incentive contract mechanism and set up internal incentives in the contract.Through rewards and punishments measures to reduce the incidence of the rent-seeking behavior between supervision and contractors,which to a certain extent, to coordinate the interests of the relationship between the contract subject.Finally, make the all subjects to realize effective cooperation and interests harmony and win-win.Meanwhile,that has certain theoretical significance and reference value to improve the level of contract management and project smooth implementation.
