| With the deepening of China’s aging process,the issue of providing for the elderly has increasingly become the focus of people’s livelihood issues,and the realization of supporting the elderly has become the common aspiration of the whole society.In recent years,in order to expand the elderly care industry and encourage private capital to participate in the construction of the elderly care industry,the Chinese government has issued a series of relevant policy support,and the elderly care industry has also developed rapidly.At present,the urban pension system has shown diversified characteristics.The elderly can choose home-based pension,community-based pension,institutional pension and other pension models.Community elderly care has become the mainstream elderly care model because of its perfect supporting facilities and freedom of daily activities.The elderly community carries the life of the elderly in their later years,so the community environment directly affects the quality of life of the elderly.Compared with some developed countries that entered the aging society in the early years,the construction of elderly care community in China is at the initial stage of development.Although some achievements have been made in the interior design of elderly care community,the design of community landscape is still immature.The landscape design of elderly care community in China pays more attention to the material level of the landscape,often ignoring the interaction between the elderly and the landscape.Introducing the concept of interactivity into the landscape of the elderly community,taking into account the behavior habits and physiological and emotional needs of the elderly,so that the elderly can become participants from viewers of the landscape,which is conducive to maintaining physical health,resolving bad emotions,and arousing the enthusiasm of the elderly for life.The key point of this paper is to build interactive elderly community landscape,enhance residents’ interactive experience,and optimize the overall environment of elderly community landscape.In the first chapter of this paper,starting from the current situation of population aging in China and the background of the impact of contemporary living environment on the elderly,through combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,the design purpose and significance of interactive landscape in the elderly community are discussed,and the necessity of introducing interactive landscape into the elderly community is demonstrated.The second chapter studies the concept of interactive landscape by analyzing the physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly,and provides a large number of theoretical basis for the research of the subject in combination with the relevant discipline theories involved.Thirdly,with the help of case analysis,the third chapter studies the excellent elderly community landscape cases at home and abroad,and analyzes their outstanding advantages in the field of aging landscape.On this basis,the fourth chapter puts forward the design principles,design forms and construction methods of the interactive elderly community landscape.In the landscape design of the interactive elderly community,we need to follow the principles of participatory experience,regional principle,sustainable development principle,and people-oriented principle,and integrate the interactive concept into the community to promote the interaction between people and people,people and scenery,and scenery and scenery,starting from sensory experience,behavioral experience,and emotional experience,respectively,It aims to provide a high-quality elderly care environment for the elderly and improve their quality of life.In the fifth chapter of the paper,taking the Kangju Garden Community in Chaohu City as a practical case,combining theory with practice,using the above design strategies to carry out interactive design of its landscape,hoping to provide some reference for the interactive elderly community landscape design. |
