Research On The Financial Control Of C Company Based On The Integration Of Industry And Finance

With the rapid development of social economy,most enterprise groups begin to expand the scale of operation and adopt diversified development strategies.Modern enterprises need the means of fine management has exceeded the traditional means of financial control.At present,more and more enterprises begin to combine business and finance,realizing the integration of industry and finance has become the focus of enterprise reform.The integration of industry and finance is not only the goal of financial transformation,from the perspective of industry and finance integration,it can not only offer robust backing for the innovation of enterprise management mode.,this paper analyzes the current situation of C company’s financial control.Firstly,this paper reviews the relevant theories and research results of industry-finance integration and financial control,and analyzes the essence of industry-finance integration.Secondly,the relevant information of C company was obtained by field investigation and interview questionnaire,and the operating status of C company was further mastered.Through the integration of industry and finance,SAP greatly facilitated the exchange of business and financial information for C company.Financial center and other systems,a big framework for the integration of industry and finance was preliminatively built.The incomplete integration of business and finance is still causing problems for the company.Then through the use of case analysis method to analyze the financial management mode of C company,summarize its advantages and disadvantages.Drawing upon relevant theories such as process reengineering and information transmission,a financial management and control system framework based on integration is proposed for C Company.The original financial department and business department management system is disrupted by this system,the integration construction is vigorously promoted,taking the information collection and sharing of the financial center as the main line,strengthens the centralized control of accounting,budget,capital and risk,and introduces the construction idea,implementation and operation conditions of this system in detail.Optimizing the financial management and control mode of C Company,innovating from the organizational structure of the company,promoting the transformation of financial functions,giving full play to the advantages of the company’s information system,reshaping the business process,strengthening industry and finance collaboration further contributes to the financial department’s ability to delve into every link of the value chain.Finally,by enhancing the evaluation system and providing extensive training to personnel,to provide a guarantee for the optimization of financial management mode.It is hoped that the research of this paper can provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the automobile sales industry and enterprise industry to carry out financial control reform and the integration of industry and finance.
