| As the important factors of China’s economy,the small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)have become the main force of China’s economic development.They play an essential role in providing employment opportunities and driving technological innovation.However,with the advent of the Big Data era,the competition among enterprises has become intensified,the enterprise management needs to be transformed and upgraded.Under the traditional financial management model,financial staff limited by outdated information technology and limited data analysis capabilities,could only passively record the business status of enterprises,resulting in the value of financial data was limited.In the era of new digital economy,enterprise management enters the era of financial integration,and financial control mode also needs to be optimized.In this context,from the perspective of industry-finance integration,how to optimization of the financial control mode of enterprises has important realistic significance.Based on organizational change theory,information asymmetry theory and refinement management theory,this thesis studied and analyzed current status of the financial control of K company-a medium-sized lighting engineering enterprise-as an example.Firstly,the methods and realization paths of financial integration were summarized through the literature analysis of domestic and international materials,which is used as the theoretical basis for the study of industry-financial integration.Secondly,the financial control status of Company K were grasped through interviews and other means,and its existing problems were analyzed as well.Third,the financial management experience of related enterprises were used as a reference for the optimization of financial control of enterprises.Finally,based on the results of the above study,this thesis made suggestions on the measures of optimizing its financial control and designed a corresponding scheme of Company K.This thesis concludes that: Firstly,in the era of new digital economy,the industry-financial integration is the precondition for effective financial control.Secondly,the development of information technology provides the basic conditions for the industry-financial integration.Thirdly,the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises is the source of motivation for the optimization of financial control.Fourthly,the continuous improvement of talent quality provides the possibility for the implementation of effective financial control.Based on the existing research results of experts,this thesis took the medium-sized enterprise Company K,where the author has worked,as the research object,applied information technology tools,studied from the experience of financial management of related enterprises,proposed a scheme of financial control optimization,applied in practice,and achieved certain results.Therefore,it is expected that the research results of this thesis can provide reference for the financial control of SMEs. |
