Study On Design Of Mobile Homestay Architecture Based On The Prefabricated Concept

At present,people’s demand for tourism consumption is increasing.At the same time,the unique production and life mode in rural areas,coupled with the beautiful natural environment,make more urban people want to enjoy different rural life,which promotes the emergence and rise of the village homestay.However,there is a problem that the number of guest rooms in the peak tourist season cannot meet the demand of tourists,which becomes an important factor restricting tourists’ travel.If new homestays are built to meet tourists’ demand for guest rooms,there may be the problem of unused rooms in the off-season,causing space waste.At the same time,new homestays have problems such as high construction cost,long construction period,and great influence on the environment and surrounding residents.In the peak tourist season when the demand for guest rooms is increasing,the mobile homestays can effectively make use of the spare space beside the rural residences to build new homestays quickly and be dismantled during the period when the number of tourists is decreasing.It can also be dismantled and transported to another site for reconstruction and installation according to the demand of the homestay managers,which not only reduces the cost of new homestays and reduces the waste of space.It also reduces the impact on the surrounding environment.The design and construction of homestays based on the prefabricated concept is conducive to promoting the standardization and industrialization of mobile homestay architecture components,and improving the construction quality.In this context,this thesis studies the mobile homestays based on the prefabricated concept from four directions:(1)Sort out and summarize the relevant theoretical basis of the mobile homestays based on the prefabricated concept.Sort out the research status of prefabricated architecture,mobile architecture and homestay architecture at home and abroad,sort out the related theories of prefabricated architecture,mobile architecture and homestay architecture,and analyze and study excellent practice cases of mobile homestays.(2)Put forward the design strategy of mobile homestay architecture based on the prefabricated concept.This thesis summarizes the design strategy of homestay architecture,puts forward the design strategy to make homestay architecture have mobile architecture attributes according to the technical characteristics of mobile architecture,and finally puts forward design principle of prefabricated concept which should be followed by mobile homestay architecture based on the prefabricated concept.(3)Design and selection of mobile homestay architectures based on the prefabricated concept.By means of network research and combining with the relevant design codes of homestay architectures,this thesis determines the suitable inhabitant number,space organization,architecture scale,architecture grade,transport mode of components,architecture bearing structure and enclosure structure of the mobile homestay architecture based on the prefabricated concept.(4)Put forward a practical design scheme of mobile homestay architecture based on the prefabricated concept.This thesis puts forward the specific design goal of mobile homestay architecture based on the prefabricated concept,and puts forward a design scheme by applying the design strategy of mobile homestay architecture based on the prefabricated concept summarized before.The design scheme explains the design results of the mobile homestay architecture based on the prefabricated concept through the drawing of architecture plan,elevation and section drawings,architecture components transportation and installation process,computer software simulation performance experiment,etc.
