In recent years,along with the modern advanced industrial technology and advanced science and technology is widely used in industry,our country's industrialization level gradually toward the direction of modern science and technology information development,many construction companies in order to achieve the owner to the requirement of construction period,gradually began to use prefabricated construction,advance directly to make a good construction to the construction site are assembled,thus greatly shorten the construction period,and reduce the production cost of enterprise,so the prefabricated construction got the favour of many construction enterprises.Its factory production ensures the quality of each component and greatly improves the safety and functionality of construction projects.At the same time,it avoids some common problems in the late application process.At present our country in terms of developing prefabricated construction,formulates relevant policies to foster integration of large enterprises supporting the design,production,construction,establish and improve the industrialization demonstration base,at present our country whether the scale of production,industry standard,deepen the design,or prefabricated rate,investment costs,the respect such as prefabricated construction still exist many problems,so the rapid developing regions and countries need to learn in the construction of more advanced technology system of industrialization development system and the advanced experience,In addition,by controlling the reasonable design,production and construction of prefabricated components in the construction industry and other factors that restrict the development of architectural industrialization,we strive to improve the precast rate and scale of production,realize the participation of the whole people in the construction industrialization,and improve the overall construction industrialization level of the country.This paper first expounds the connotation and characteristics of the development of architectural industrialization,as well as the differences and relations with the traditional construction methods.Then it introduces the development status and characteristics of Chinese prefabricated buildings under the construction industrialization,expounds the development situation of prefabricated buildings in developed countries and regions,and analyzes it,and obtains the experience that China needs to learn from for reference.Then,the paper analyzes several assembly structures,summarizes their advantages and disadvantages,and then expounds the main factors influencing the development of China's assembly buildings from the aspects of economy,policy,technical system,regulatory mechanism and industrial chain.By introducing an example of a prefabricated housing project,this paper further analyzes the experience and deficiencies of prefabricated buildings in the process of design,production and construction in China,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,so as to put forward relevant Suggestions and countermeasures for the development of China's prefabricated buildings.
