| Under the opportunities brought by the rural revitalization strategy, rural tourism projects that provide tourists with unique rural experiences are becoming increasingly prosperous. As a content carrier of rural tourism, rural homestays have gradually become one of the important formats driving rural development. The diversification of rural tourism content has also led rural homestays to gradually move from their early single functions and simple forms to a path of diversified development. In the process of continuous iteration of rural home stay design, there are many complex problems, such as insufficient regional cultural characteristics, lack of regional planning and design, and insufficient coordination with rural resources.Based on the analysis of the above issues, this article attempts to use catalyst theory to guide the environmental design of rural homestays. From the perspective of "homestays+",rural homestays are regarded as "catalyst points" for rural tourism experience, implanted in rural environmental design, and then formed a rural homestay catalyst network from point to surface, promoting positive catalyst effects, helping to improve and upgrade rural homestays, while giving rural tourism a new experience,Furthermore,it radiates to multiple levels such as rural economy and culture, further driving the development of rural tourism. The thesis first elaborates on the basic concepts of rural homestays and catalyst theory, sorts out the current situation and development trends of rural homestays, and points out that rural homestay environmental design has moved from homestay design to "homestay+" environmental design, laying a theoretical foundation for the introduction of catalyst theory into rural homestays. At the same time, from the perspective of catalytic process, summarize the mechanism of catalytic action, and demonstrate the suitability and feasibility of applying catalytic theory to rural homestays from the perspective of meeting the linkage and interaction of various functions such as living, living, experiencing, and socializing in rural homestays. This provides optimization suggestions and reasonable design basis for the environmental design of rural homestays based on catalytic theory.Secondly, based on excellent rural homestay design cases in China, the design experience and key points of catalyst theory intervention are summarized, and the "homestay+" environmental design principles under the catalyst mechanism are summarized, which are the systematic principle based on the overall architecture, the cultural principle of strengthening regional characteristics, the experiential principle of emphasizing interaction and sharing, and the sustainable principle of adhering to ecological development.Taking this as a starting point, design methods such as functional composite planning of catalyst environment, cultural scene creation of catalyst network, and sustainable development guided by catalyst in the future are proposed to meet the multi-functional needs of cultural experience and industrial linkage of rural homestay catalyst points. Finally,by conducting environmental design practices for rural homestays on Hengsha Island,Chongming District,Shanghai, the previous theoretical research and design methods were further validated, with the aim of providing specific innovative design methods for rural homestay environmental design and assisting in the development of rural revitalization.Provide new ideas and references for the diversified development of rural homestay industry and the multi perspective development of rural tourism content. |
