Research On The Design Of The Overall "homestay" Transformation Of The Village

With the rapid development of rural revitalization,the rural residential industry,as a representative of the third industry in rural areas,has ushered in important development opportunities and unprecedented challenges.In the rapid development process of rural residential,there are various problems,the rural area gradually loses its regional characteristics,the rural natural environment is damaged,and the rural cultural and historical environment is not inherited and so on.At present,most of the rural homestays adopt the "quasi urbanization" design strategy and operation mode,simply imitating the urban homestay design,while ignoring the regional and local characteristics of the village itself.At the same time,consumers' requirements for the quality of the homestay are constantly improving,and they pay more attention to the spiritual needs.The beautiful natural environment,characteristic historical culture and traditional village style of the village are greatly attracted by consumers favor.Therefore,the rural renewal urgently needs a kind of renewal design strategy and method which is suitable for the rural itself.It needs to integrate the complex and comprehensive problems in the rural area and improve the comprehensiveness,efficiency and operability of the design in the rural renewal.In view of the current situation of the development of rural residential renewal,from the perspective of integrated design,starting from the essence of rural space,this paper regards the rural area as a whole,puts forward the concept of integrated design,and puts forward three main strategies for the rural residential renewal: all-round coverage design,all field collaborative design,and all process efficient design.In the strategy of rural overall accommodation,it is proposed to take the architectural team as a whole,cooperate with different professional teams,actively communicate with all participants,and realize the collaborative design in the whole field;through the levelby-level design of different spatial levels in rural areas,fill in the design blank area level by level,and realize the all-round coverage design;through the overall grasp of the project process,reduce the blank period in each stage,and shorten the project Time,reduce the cost of the project,and realize the efficient design of the whole process.This study can effectively promote the work of rural revitalization,explore a kind of rural overall renewal design process and method with high applicability,optimize and enrich the method of rural residents' residential renewal design,and improve the completion and operability of rural space and style renewal.Based on the above integrated design strategy,Huashan village,Laiwu District,Jinan,Shandong Province is selected for design practice.The feasibility of the integrated design strategy is proved in the practice process,and problems are fed back in time to further optimize and improve the integrated design strategy.This paper starts from the sequence of "theory method practice" and consists of the following five parts:(1)The introduction mainly expounds the research background and basis of the topic,defines the research purpose and significance,defines the research object and content,and explains the research methods and thinking framework.(2)The current situation and practical case study of rural residential renewal design: the literature and theory of rural renewal design,rural residential renewal and rural integrated renewal are summarized.This paper selects three classic whole residential cases of Liangquan village,dongmaiyao village and chujia village for investigation and analysis,and summarizes the current situation of practice and development.(3)Study on the whole renewal design process of homestay Village: according to the research of the first two parts,this paper puts forward the whole renewal design strategy for the rural homestay,and summarizes the relevant design guidelines.(4)Huashan village design practice research: through the design of actual cases,verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the overall rural residential renewal design strategy,and through the problems encountered in practice and feedback,constantly improve the overall rural residential renewal strategy.(5)The summary of the research on the overall rural residential renewal design and the prospect of the future development trend.
