The Energy Management System(EMS) is the modern power integration automation system. Along with the development of the power grid dispatching automation,different systems need to exchange data and share information,therefore the study of interoperability became the hotspot.This thesis is based on the Energy Management System. In this thesis, the idea of SVG is applied to the electric power system. A design and implementation of the interoperability of the graphics in the EMS based on SVG is proposed according to the requirement of the project.During writing the thesis, the following work has been done:1) Analyzed the interoperability of the power grid model based on the standard IEC61970 CIM.2) Discussed the description of the graphics element based on the standard format of SVG in the electric power system.3) Studied the design of the graphics in the OPEN-2000E EMS.4) Completed the design and exploitation of the interoperability of the graphics files between the OPEN-2000E system and the EMS based on the standard format of SVG...
