With the continuous changes in international and domestic security situations,X-ray security inspection machines are increasingly widely used as important security equipment.However,there are some usability issues in the practical use of X-ray security inspection machines,which affect the efficiency and accuracy of security work and even pose potential risks to public safety.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research and design of X-ray security inspection machines from a usability perspective.Taking X-ray security inspection machines as the research object,this study first analyzed the definition and standards of usability through literature research,sorted out the existing usability evaluation indicators and evaluation methods,and provided a theoretical basis for subsequent evaluations.Secondly,the product positioning and usage scenarios were described and analyzed,and the user model was constructed to analyze typical tasks and explore the usability factors affecting users in typical tasks.On this basis,an evaluation index system was constructed,and the weight of the index was calculated.Then,based on the constructed usability evaluation index system,appropriate usability evaluation methods were selected to test the usability indicators,and usability tests were conducted for both the inspectees and inspectors.Usability problems found in the tests were used as the basis for design practices.Finally,based on the usability problems and design strategies,optimization design practices were carried out for both the physical and interactive prototypes of X-ray security inspection machines,and the usability level of the optimization solution was verified through usability evaluation.Applying usability evaluation methods to the design of security screening machines,usability evaluation index systems were constructed for both the inspectees and inspectors,and the existing products were tested for usability according to these standards,and finally optimized design practices were carried out.This study has certain reference value for future research on the usability of X-ray security inspection machines,and provides suggestions for the design and development of future X-ray security inspection machines from a usability perspective.The thesis has 51 pictures,81 tables,and 88 references.
