In the background of industrial 4.0 era,traditional automobile manufacturers are changing from a single product manufacturer to a mobile travel service provider.Globally,with the emergence of automobile driverless and artificial intelligence technology,automobile companies are developing a wide range of technology research and development,product deployment and business layout around automobile driving,vehicle networking,human-machine interaction and other technologies,and the traditional driving experience is about to change dramatically.As the main body of human-vehicle interaction experience,the cockpit involves the interconnection and coordination of information processing modules in the cabin.Each module is a system.The most important core module is the central control infotainment system.Based on the above background,this paper uses the latest theory of user experience research at this stage as guidance,and based on user experience,to study and practice the infotainment system of automobile central control.This paper is divided into four stages: introduction and analysis of automobile central control infotainment system,basic research of user experience design,design process of automobile central control infotainment system,design practice and evaluation of automobile central control infotainment system.Firstly,the introduction and analysis of the automotive central control infotainment system,and the typical central control infotainment system are introduced and analyzed,respectively,from the perspective of display and interface design,control system,to understand the product design positioning,results and objectives of the central control infotainment system;Secondly,the basic research of user experience design and the relationship between user experience design and the design of automobile central control infotainment system.Through literature and system analysis,based on the theoretical research background of ergonomics design,modeling design,interactive interface design,user experience design,emotional design and system design,the theory of this paper is established basics;Then it constructs the design process of the automobile central control infotainment system.Starting from the aspects of user behavior,user participation,experience pleasure,multi-task processing,interactive context and usability,it systematically studies two aspects of the design of the central control infotainment system: visual display design and control mode design,forming a use-based design.The design method and principle of the user experience infotainment system;Finally,the design practice and evaluation of the vehicle control infotainment system.Starting from the specific project of the company,according to the design process of the vehicle control infotainment system,based on the user experience design,the whole design process is displayed and the design results are made.Evaluate and summarize,so as to guide future design practice.The purpose of this paper is to solve the following problems: user-centered,using a large screen central control display device,reasonable organization of information display mode,to solve the current information overload,complex operation,troubled drivers,reduce driver's distraction and interactive feedback time,reduce hidden dangers of driving safety,so as to enhance vehicle internal use experience;Using multi-level human-computer interaction,specific task control is specified,touch control time is shortened,and different control modes are reasonably arranged according to different specific operations to complete driver's task and sub-task and enhance user experience pleasure.
