Vigorously developing new energy vehicles is a necessary way of green development of Chinese automobile industry,but compared with the development of traditional fuel vehicles,nascent new energy vehicles still have problems such as high production costs,some immature technologies and uncertain market demand.In order to promote the better and faster development of new energy vehicles,the government first introduced subsidy policies to stimulate new energy vehicles to open the market,and in 2018 introduced a double integral policy to increase the power for the development of new energy vehicles.But in the current environment,the best solution is to find the best development trend.Therefore,it is necessary to study the supply chain decision-making of new energy vehicles with mixed production under the double integral policy.In this study,the supply chain framework is constructed with the new energy vehicle manufacturers producing both fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles as the core enterprises and suppliers and dealers as the upstream and downstream enterprises of the supply chain.Firstly,it discusses the decision-making of each subject in the supply chain of new energy vehicles with the un-comparable integral policy and the profit under different decisions.By comparing different models,we reveal the influence of double integral policy on the optimal decision of each main body in supply chain.The optimal decision of suppliers,manufacturers and distributors under decentralized decision making and centralized decision making is discussed.It is found that under the promotion of double integral policy,the profit of each subject in the supply chain is higher than that under the policy without double integral,and the profit of the supply chain under the centralized decision is higher than that under the decentralized decision.In the decision-making of supply chain,the increase of the sensitivity of fuel consumption will lead to the reduction of the price of fuel vehicle parts,wholesale and selling price and the profit of each member in the supply chain.The increase of endurance sensitivity will increase the price of new energy vehicle parts,wholesale price and selling price,thus promoting the increase of the profit of the new energy vehicle supply chain.Secondly,considering that the dual-point policy has a great influence on new energy vehicle manufacturers with mixed production,the supply chain decision-making of new energy vehicles with mixed production under the strategy of integral outsourcing and integral sale is explored by taking mixed production manufacturers as the priority decision-making subjects.On this basis,the coordination of the three pricing contracts on the supply chain decision-making of new energy vehicles is explored for the integral selling strategy.The findings are as follows: 1)When the integral coefficient of fuel vehicles is positive,the wholesale price and selling price of fuel vehicles will decrease under the integral selling strategy,while the output of fuel vehicles will increase,which will increase the profits of the whole supply chain.2)The coefficient of new energy vehicles in the policy is always positive,so when the integral coefficient of new energy vehicles increases,the output,selling price and manufacturer’s ex-factory price of new energy vehicles will increase.3)When the point price in the market gradually increases,the zero profit of the supply chain under the point purchasing strategy will gradually decrease,while the profit of the supply chain of new energy vehicles under the point selling strategy will increase accordingly.Finally,taking B Company,a new energy vehicle manufacturer with mixed production in China,as the core enterprise of the supply chain,as an example,the influence of double integral policy on B company’s supply chain decision-making is further explored.Based on the actual situation and combined with the simplified model mentioned above,the influence of R&D effort level and price sensitivity coefficient on the output and price decisions of B Company’s traditional fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles is discussed.It is found that the increase of research and development efforts makes the output and price of fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles of B company increase,and the improvement of research and development efforts is conducive to the long-term development of B company.
