| As a strategic emerging industry,the photovoltaic industry has attracted wide attention from countries all over the world.It is expected that the global photovoltaic market will continue to grow with a good development prospect.At present,China is phasing out the policy subsidies for photovoltaic enterprises to ensure the sustainable development of the photovoltaic industry.The gradual weakening of policy dividend and the intensification of market competition lead to some enterprises with weak strength facing the dilemma of insufficient development power and difficult for sustainable development.At this node,maintaining good growth is particularly important for the sustainable development of photovoltaic industry chain enterprises.The enterprise strength and market share of Dike have a leading position in the industry.However,after the rapid development in the early stage,Dike has many problems such as declining profitability and continuous negative cash flow,and its growth is seriously weakened.After reading relevant literature,it is found that the growth of an enterprise is its own,continuous ability to widely explore internal and external factors to achieve the future value improvement,and the influencing factors involve a wide range of aspects.After comparing some evaluation systems,it is found that the Harvard analysis framework can build a growth analysis system from the perspective of combining financial and non-financial,internal and external,with more adaptability.so,Using PEST(R),Z-score model,financial capability analysis,cash flow analysis,and sustainable growth rate analysis methods,Through the Harvard analysis framework to establish a suitable dike stock growth analysis system,Then find the fundamental reason for the weakening of its growth: the enterprise capital strength is weak but the expansion speed is too fast;Enterprises have a large number of accounts receivable and raw material procurement in advance of large funds to aggravate the capital pressure;Decdeclining profitability and solvency of enterprises,Business activities and investment activities cannot bring positive cash flow to the enterprise;Increasing competition within the industry,In the next three years,Dike shares still has the possibility of again compressed profit space and weakening of growth potential.On the whole,the reaction of endogenous growth factors of Dike shares exceeds the positive driving effect of exogenous factors,and the problem of weakening growth needs to be solved urgently.Therefore,in order to enhance the growth of Dike shares,the following measures are proposed: first,to optimize the development strategy of the company;second,to build the raw material supply system;third,to alleviate the pressure of capital shortage of enterprises;and fourth,to improve the comprehensive competitive strength.The process of analyzing the growth of Dike by using the Harvard analysis framework not only hopes to solve the problem of weakening growth of Dike,but also hopes to provide some inspiration for other enterprises under the same strategic group in operation and management,so as to help enterprises to overcome the growth bottleneck and develop continuously and stably. |
