Multi-Scale Characteristics And Zoning Optimization Of Rural Settlement Evolution In Songyuan City

The rapid urbanization has brought about a drastic change in the urban-rural relations in China.Many Farmers migrated to urban areas,which led to inefficient use and vacant land in rural areas.The vitality of the countryside is disappearing,and the decline of the rural economy has become a universal issue in China.How to make a scientific transformation of the identification of the countryside based on the difference between the countryside and the countryside is an urgent problem in the current rural construction.The development and development of rural settlements reflect the particular planning of human and soil relations and zoning basis of rural society.This paper analyses the evolutionary characteristics of rural settlements in terms of land size,using the city of Songyuan as the study area,county and town from 2009 to 2019 in terms of size,form and density,identifies the driving factors for the evolution of rural settlements,and based on this,the paper divides Songyuan’s rural settlements into different developing regions,and proposes the optimal control measures for the transformation of rural human settlements in different regions according to the rural development characteristics of different regions.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)Number and total area of rural settlements from 2009 to 2019 in Songyuan City showed an expansion trend,and the change characteristics of land scale were mainly large-scale "point" increase and decrease,and the total area and the average size of the area were similar to that of the whole,and the trend of regularizing,and the increase and decrease of rural settlement density was mainly the increase and decrease of low density.The area where the town size decreased greatly was concentrated in the northeastern part of Buyeo City,and the bigger increase was in the northwestern and southeastern regions,and the dimensional index decreased,and the density was concentrated in the area with a faster growth rate.At the county scale,the settlement area of one county showed a downward trend,while the area of the remaining four settlements showed an increasing trend,the overall dimensional index changed little,and the settlement density decreased in one county.(2)The logistic regression concluded that the factors influencing the size of rural settlements on plot size were topographic relief,water accessibility,road accessibility and urban accessibility;using stepwise regression analysis,it was found that changes in food production per capita and changes in land urbanisation rate at the town scale had an impact on changes in rural settlements.The drivers of county scale are changes in disposable income per rural resident,changes in GDP per capita,changes in population density,changes in population urbanisation rate and changes in land urbanisation rate.(3)Combined with the socio-economic conditions,population situation,natural environment,settlement layout and other factors of Songyuan City,122.71 square kilometers of urban-rural integration area,36.76 square kilometers of agglomeration and upgrading areas,454.1square kilometers of flexible development areas and 307.42 square kilometers of relocation and merger areas were divided,and optimization strategies were proposed for different layout modes.
