With the rapid development of socio-economic and urbanization,large changes have taken place in rural settlements.At the same time,due to the lack of related planning in rural areas,the layout of rural settlements is scattered,the level of intensive use is low,and the contradictions between urban and rural land are seriously impeding the implementation of new rural construction and rural revitalization strategies.Therefore,this paper takes Dujiangyan City as a research area.It uses grid analysis,kernel density estimation,cluster test,and landscape pattern index to identify the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of rural settlements,and quantitatively analyze it with geographic detectors the driving factors of spatiotemporal evolution of rural settlements.On this basis,a rural settlements' land suitability evaluation index system was constructed to analyze the suitability of rural settlements' land in Dujiangyan City.Based on the evaluation results and land use status,the rural residents' layout optimization type was divided and corresponding optimization strategies were proposed.Through the above studies,the following conclusions are now reached:(1)The spatial differences of rural settlements in Dujiangyan City are significant,showing a small-scale,fine-grained land use as a whole.The density and concentration of rural settlements in traditional farming areas in the east and southeast are relatively high,and the scale of land use is large;the settlements in hilly and mountainous settlements in the north and southwest are distributed along the river valley.The scale of land use is relatively small and the degree of concentration is relatively Low,sporadic distribution characteristics are obvious.(2)On the whole,the scale of rural residential land use in Dujiangyan has a high spatial distribution.From 2005 to 2015,the high-value and low-value areas of land use showed a decreasing trend,and the high-value areas moved to the south,while the high-value areas of nuclear density were shifted to the east,showing a large scale in the eastern and southern areas.Low-density and small-scale high-density spatial distribution characteristics.(3)From 20005 to 2015,the number and area of rural settlements in Dujiangyan City increased,the average patch area decreased,and the degree of dispersion between patches increased,but the morphology tended to be regular and the concentration trend increased.Compared with 2010-2015,the number of rural settlements changed drastically in 2005-2010.The number of rural settlements increased by 2250,a growth rate of 23.54%,the area increased by 1097.64 ha,and the growth rate was 17.84%;The scale of land use and land use decreased slightly,the number of rural settlements decreased by 450,the reduction rate was 3.84%,the area decreased by 220.86 hectares,and the reduction rate was 3.05%.(4)According to the geo-detector model analysis,the altitude,slope,distance from the road,and the area of cultivated land are the main factors influencing the evolution of rural residential land in Dujiangyan City.Secondly,the distance from the water source,the distance from the urban area,and the area of the garden also have a certain effect.The rural residential areas Show low altitude,low slope,road,town and water source directivity.(5)On the whole,Dujiangyan's rural settlements are more suitable for land use.The area of more suitable and above rural residential areas accounts for 64.96% of the total area.However,there are still problems such as intensive utilization and large per capita land area.Renovate space.Therefore,based on the evaluation results of the suitability of rural residential land,and combining the current status of residential land,the rural residential areas of Dujiangyan City are divided into four types: "urbanization","key development","control development" and "migration and merger".Optimize the model and propose corresponding optimization strategies.
