The cell incubator is an important equipment used in the fields of animal breeding,medical research and microbial research,by simulating an environment similar to the survival of biological cells,cells are cultivated in vitro.In addition to nutrients,suitable temperature,humidity,gas concentration and p H value of culture medium are also essential for cell survival in the culture environment of cells.Among them,the quality of the temperature and humidity control effect directly affects the survival rate of cell culture.However,the temperature and humidity system of cell incubator is characterized by time delay,non-linearity and coupling,if the conventional PID controller is designed,the problems of large overshoot,large steady-state error,rising time,long adjusting time and weak anti-interference ability will appear,the control effect can not meet the need of temperature and humidity control of cell culture box,and the lack of accurate data monitoring system will also affect the control performance of variables including temperature and humidity.Therefore,this paper develops a temperature and humidity decoupling controller for a cell incubator and a data monitoring and management system for a cell incubator.Its main tasks include:(1)The cell culture box modeling and analysis of temperature and humidity control system.On the basis of understanding the structure and composition of the cell incubator,the working principle and coupling of the temperature and humidity control system are analyzed,and the numerical model of the temperature and humidity system of the cell incubator is constructed by using the hybrid modeling method;through simulation experiments,it is found that There are two problems that affect the control performance of the temperature and humidity in the cell culture box: there is coupling between the temperature and humidity,and the performance of the conventional PID controller for temperature and humidity is poor.(2)The cell incubator temperature and humidity decoupling controller design.Aiming at the coupling between the temperature and humidity systems of the cell incubator,a diagonal matrix decoupling algorithm is proposed to reduce the coupling;an adaptive fuzzy PID controller is designed for the weakened temperature and humidity loop to form a diagonal matrix Fuzzy-PID solution Through simulation experiments,it is found that the decoupling controller is superior to the conventional PID controller in terms of speed,accuracy,stability and anti-interference of temperature and humidity control,and its control performance basically meets the needs of cell culture.The control requirements of the temperature and humidity of the box.(3)The cell incubator temperature and humidity decoupling controller optimization Aiming at the disadvantages of slow convergence speed and local optimization of TSA(tune Swarm Algorithm),four improved strategies are proposed;and the improved TSA algorithm is used in the optimization of conventional diagonal matrix Fuzzy-PID decoupling controller to form ITSAdiagonal Matrix-Fuzzy-PID decoupling controller;through simulation experiments,it is found that the decoupling controller is superior to the conventional diagonal matrix Fuzzy-PID in terms of speed,accuracy,stability and anti-interference of temperature and humidity control Decoupling controller,its control performance fully meets the temperature and humidity control requirements of the cell culture box.(4)The cell culture box data monitoring and control system research.Aiming at the deficiency of accurate data monitoring and management system of cell culture box,the ITSA-diagonal matrix-Fuzzy-PID decoupling controller can satisfy the demand of temperature and humidity control of cell culture box,a data monitoring and management system is designed to further improve the control performance of the variables in the box,at the same time,it also provides a specific development template for the data monitoring management system of cell culture box in the future.
