Strategic emerging industries are a strong pillar for the high-quality development of China’s manufacturing industry,which plays a key role in China’s international development,making China have a competitive advantage in the world,and the new energy automobile industry is an important part of strategic emerging industries.With the increasing number of fuel vehicles and the heavy dependence on external oil,China’s environmental pressure and energy security pressure are increasing,and the government attaches great importance to the work related to achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality.Therefore,promoting the development of the new energy vehicle industry in China can play an important role in ensuring China’s competitive advantage and promoting China’s development in the world.This thesis first explains the concepts of tax burden and total factor productivity,and then analyzes the path of tax burden on total factor productivity.Based on the development status of new energy vehicle enterprises in China and the overview and summary of the current tax policies of new energy vehicle enterprises in China,it is concluded that in order to achieve the sustainable development of the new energy vehicle industry,it is necessary to continue to explore and improve the technology innovation that can effectively promote the innovation of new energy vehicles.Policies and measures for industrial upgrading and market cultivation.At the same time,it is also necessary to strengthen collection and management.Create a vibrant and sustainable ecosystem for the new energy vehicle industry and contribute to the global transition to clean and sustainable transportation.
