| With the rapid development of China’s emerging logistics industry,the business volume of the railway transportation industry has been greatly impacted.In order to have a place in the transportation market,China’s railway logistics transportation must have development and reform.In recent years,the opening of China-Europe railway express has opened up new horizons.The China-Europe railway express is an important part of the economic development of China and Europe,and its development has attracted much attention.In this context,statistical analysis is carried out on all aspects of the China-Europe railway express,and the total factor productivity measurement of the logistics industry in the western provinces along the “Belt and Road” is carried out.From the perspective of economics,the research on input and output issues of railway transportion has certain significance for improving the production efficiency of railway transportation and enhancing the competitive power of railway transportation.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the opening situation of the China-Europe railway express,statistical analysis is carried out on various aspects of the data,and the factors affecting the development of the China-Europe railway express are summarized.According to the situation of railway transportation,the input and output targets are constructed,and the data of the western provinces along the “Belt and Road” are collected to prepare for the measurement of total factor productivity.(2)For the measurement of total factor productivity without considering undesired output,use DEA-Malmquist and SBM-Malmquist to measure,and the measurement of total factor productivity with considering undesired output,use DEA-Malmquist.At last,analyzes the convergence of the measured results and contrasts the calculation data of different methods and whether considered undesired output.Finally,through the comparison and analysis of the data,it is concluded that in the case of considering undesired output,the total factor productivity is generally lower than that without considering the undesired output.The railway transportation logistics industry in the western provinces shows an overall upward trend and convergence.The effect is remarkable,the gap between provinces is gradually decreasing,and there is a trend of development toward a common stability. |
