| Intelligent manufacture is a consensus and trend in the development of the world’s manufacturing industry,and it is also an inevitable result of technological upgrading and the complexity and diversification of production requirements.Intelligent manufacturing equipment is the basic tool and main driving force for the intelligent manufacturing industry.As an important representative of high-end equipment,intelligent manufacturing equipment has long emphasized technology over design,resulting in a situation where its technology is mature but the level of industrial design is relatively backward.During the generation and development of product brands,some characteristics are similar to the development and evolution of biological genes.The concept of brand genes is derived from the theory of genetic variation in biology.Its purpose is to analyze sustainable brand identification characteristics and construct generation strategies,which can assist enterprises in shaping brand image and improving brand recognition.Product is an important carrier of brand genes,and design is an important tool for expressing brand genes in products.Its purpose is to analyze sustainable brand identification characteristics and build generation strategies,which can assist enterprises in building brand image and improving brand recognition.The research object of brand genes in industrial design is mostly concentrated on small and medium-sized electrical products such as household appliances and mobile phones or Internet products,with certain limitations in the scope of research.The design of intelligent equipment products still stays at the stage of meeting their functional needs.Most enterprises lack the awareness of brand building,as well as the theory and ability to build brandsThis paper aims to construct a method for generating intelligent manufacturing equipment brand genes and apply it to practical production cases.Firstly,the research status of intelligent manufacturing equipment industrial design and brand genes is analyzed.Secondly,theoretical research is conducted from three directions: intelligent manufacturing equipment industrial design,brand genes,and design generation method,paving the way for the construction of brand gene generation methods in the following article.Based on theoretical research,research was conducted on leading domestic intelligent manufacturing enterprises,local manufacturing brands with global influence,and local small intelligent manufacturing,focusing on the precautions,generation methods,and industrial status quo in the generation process of brand genes.After completing theoretical and industrial research,intelligent manufacturing equipment brand genes are divided into dominant and recessive genes.Shape grammar and other methods are used as generation tools,and then verify the design with Kansei engineering.Then construct a brand gene generation method for intelligent equipment products,and validates the generation method with a series of products from the QUICK company. |
