Under the background of automobile intelligent development,as a key component of vehicle,vehicle information system is developing towards the direction of digitization,intelligence and integration.The range of its application scenarios is constantly expanding,which greatly enriches the user’s driving experience.However,the multi-function,multi-information and display-control integrated vehicle information system not only provides convenience for users,but also causes driving distraction and driving load enhancement to varying degrees.Changeable tasks and complex driving scenarios bring great challenges to users.Weather is an important factor in driving scenarios,among which bad weather has the most obvious impact on driving safety.Therefore,aiming at driving scenarios in bad weather,this topic studies the experience design value and strategy of intelligent vehicle information system,aiming at improving vehicle user experience and driving safety in different complex situations.This study takes intelligent vehicle-mounted information system as the research object,codes and deconstructs the collected original data through grounded theory method,studies the influencing factors of user experience in severe weather scenes,constructs the experience factor framework of vehicle-mounted information system in severe weather,and proposes a design strategy based on four dimensions of environment,user,behavior and equipment.Improve the experience design ideas of vehicle information system in complex driving scenarios.This study is divided into six chapters.The first chapter,through the comprehensive analysis of industry practice and academic research status,excavates the field of vehicle information system has not been fully studied;Chapter 2,Based on the study of situational awareness theory,combined with the situational characteristics of bad weather and user behavior analysis of vehicle-mounted information system,summarizes and analyzes three main driving situations,namely environment,user and equipment,and then uses standardized grounded theory method to analyze the user’s original data by phased coding program.The framework of factors influencing the experience of vehicle information system in bad weather is constructed.In Chapter 3,through quantitative questionnaire and qualitative interview research methods,the key contact points in the user model and driving experience journey under bad weather are defined.Through workshop research and kano model evaluation,four important design directions are obtained: real-time environmental information,user service customization,interactive nature and equipment availability.The fourth chapter mainly outputs the design principles and strategies.Firstly,it proposes four design principles,namely,attention anti-interference,strong perception of information,easy operation of functions and easy recognition of semantics,aiming at security.Secondly,it constructs the design strategy,the environment strategy of real-time perception and information load reduction,the user strategy of system adaptive and customized service,the behavior strategy of natural collaboration and active interaction,the scene oriented and decision-making equipment strategy.In Chapter 5,the design output and verification of the key points of the proposed design strategy are carried out,and the experience design strategy is verified and improved by the Tesla model3 design case.In Chapter6,the limitations and deficiencies of this research are analyzed objectively,and the prospect of the future research of vehicle information system is discussed.Through the research of driving experience in bad weather,the design strategy of vehicle information system experience based on safety and ease of use is proposed,which provides a reference for the design and development of vehicle,and promotes the intelligent development of vehicle.
