Urban parks and green spaces,as the main urban infrastructure,can meet the needs of residents for leisure,recreation,and entertainment,help promote the physical and mental health of citizens,and promote social and economic development.However,with the rapid development of urbanization,urban land resources are becoming increasingly scarce,and urban green space is constantly being compressed,posing serious challenges to its healthy development.Faced with the contradiction between the actual demand of the people for the quantity and quality of park green spaces and the increasing scarcity of urban land resources,how to comprehensively evaluate the fairness of park green space layout from the perspective of spatial justice,and provide decision-making basis for scientific planning of green spaces,is a key issue that urgently needs to be solved.Based on this,this article first conducts an in-depth analysis of the concept,dimensions,stages,and influencing factors of park green space justice,and systematically reviews the relevant research progress at home and abroad.On this basis,a research model for measuring park green space fairness is constructed from three dimensions: geographical fairness,social fairness,and spatial service efficiency.Finally,a coupled and coordinated development model is introduced,taking the main urban area of Zhengzhou City as an example,Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the fairness of park green space layout and propose corresponding optimization suggestions based on the analysis results.Among them,the geographical fairness of park green spaces is mainly evaluated from the perspective of spatial distribution characteristics based on methods such as kernel density,spatial autocorrelation,coefficient of variation,and imbalance index;Social equity comprehensively uses Gini coefficient,Lorenz curve,location entropy and other methods to evaluate the degree of social equity from the perspective of supply and demand matching;The spatial service efficiency reflects the service efficiency based on the green space reachability of the road network.After systematic research,the main conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)There is an imbalance in the spatial distribution of park green spaces in the main urban area of Zhengzhou City,with an overall agglomeration distribution and significant spatial differences.Green spaces are mainly concentrated in Jinshui District and Guancheng Hui Autonomous Region.(2)The overall reachability of the park green space in the main urban area of Zhengzhou is poor,and the difficulty of residents in each street to reach the green space is unbalanced.The reachability of the green space in the central urban area is high,and the reachability of the marginal urban area is low.(3)The coordinated development level of parks and green spaces in various streets of the main urban area of Zhengzhou City is relatively low,manifested as imbalanced development.This article constructs a research model for measuring the spatial fairness of park green space from multiple dimensions,and takes the main urban area of Zhengzhou as an example to carry out a series of studies based on spatial justice.On this basis,it puts forward the principles and objectives of optimizing the layout of park green space from the perspective of spatial justice.Meanwhile,it also puts forward optimization suggestions for the causes of disordered streets,which can provide decision-making basis for the scientific planning of park green space.It also provides method guidance for the scientific layout of other types of urban infrastructure.
