Due to the long engineering route and complex and changing environment along the route,there are many risks during the operation of the project.The traditional emergency solution has problems such as low digitization,poor content relevance and insufficient intelligent auxiliary decision making.In order to conveniently manage all kinds of projects along the route,prevent the occurrence of risk events during project operation,and ensure that emergency rescue and relief work can be carried out effectively and quickly after the emergence of dangerous situations,this paper proposes a knowledge-driven intelligent question and answer method for risk prevention and control and intelligent generation of emergency solutions for the South-North Water Transfer Central Line Project,designs and implements a risk prevention and control system,and improves the wisdom of project management and emergency rescue along the route.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Risk prevention and control knowledge mapping construction.Based on the textual information such as risk prevention and control manuals and emergency rescue plans,we propose the ontology model of emergency plan knowledge map,construct risk prevention and control knowledge map through knowledge extraction,knowledge fusion and knowledge storage,and realize the structured expression of non-structural information in the text in the field of risk prevention and control.(2)Intelligent generation method design for emergency solutions.Based on the inspection text of water conservancy projects,an entity recognition model is constructed to automatically extract risk events,projects and other entities from the inspection text;an intelligent generation template for emergency solutions is designed,and a multi-feature fusion entity alignment technology,knowledge retrieval and reasoning technology are proposed to realize the generation and pushing of emergency solutions.Through model accuracy analysis and verification of "channel leakage",the F1 value of the entity identification model proposed in this paper is 96.21%,and the accuracy of the designed entity alignment algorithm is 90.33%,which generates reliable emergency solutions and can effectively assist professionals in emergency disposal decisions.(3)Intelligent question and answer method design for risk prevention and control.Based on the natural language question and answer input by the user,the entity list is extracted by using the entity extraction model,the intention of the question and answer is extracted by proposing the intention recognition model based on migration learning,the answer generation template is designed,and the text answer of the question and answer is generated by using the knowledge graph retrieval inference technique.Through model performance analysis,the F1 value of the intention recognition model proposed in this paper is as high as 88.67%.Through example verification,the method generates reliable answers and can effectively assist staff in managing various types of works along the route.(4)Risk prevention and control system implementation.Based on Django and ECharts development framework and mapping visualization tools,the risk prevention and control system of the South-North Water Diversion Central Project is designed and implemented by integrating the above three research contents using computer technology.The system testing and verification results show that the risk prevention and control system constructed in this paper is stable and reliable,and can provide risk knowledge Q&A service and emergency solution assisted decision-making service.
