Study On The Types And Functional Organization Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Park

This study is an integral part of the Science and Technology Plan Project of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction in Anhui Province in 2022,"Spatial Planning and Industrial Layout Optimization Strategy of Jiangbei Concentration Area Based on Green Development Concept"(No.2022-YF046).Taking Beiwan Science and Technology Innovative and entrepreneurial Park in Wuhu City as an example,the development direction and trend of Innovative and entrepreneurial Park are studied from the perspective of types and functional organizations of Innovative and entrepreneurial Park.With the continuous deepening of international competition,domestic industries have ushered in the climax of transformation and upgrading,and scientific and technological innovation capability has become an important standard to measure the comprehensive strength of a region or even a country.After the wave of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" was set off in 2014,the scale of Innovative and entrepreneurial groups continued to expand,and innovative enterprises continued to emerge.Innovative and entrepreneurial activities made Innovative and entrepreneurial subjects have new demands for innovation space,and more industrial parks began to transform and upgrade into Innovative and entrepreneurial bases,and the construction of Innovative and entrepreneurial parks was in full swing.However,Innovative and entrepreneurial Park has only started for more than ten years,and there are a lot of gaps in theoretical and practical research fields.The development of Innovative and entrepreneurial Park still faces many challenges.This paper summarizes the characteristics of each stage of industry and industrial park,and concludes that there are many similar characteristics between science and technology industrial park and Innovative and entrepreneurial Park,and then refines the overall characteristics of Innovative and entrepreneurial Park.At the same time,recognizing the shortcomings of the current classification methods and standards,this paper puts forward the leading mode of construction and operation as the classification basis of Innovative and entrepreneurial Park,and divides Innovative and entrepreneurial Park into four types: local type,university type,enterprise type and mixed type.Then,through the research and analysis of the functional organization of typical dual-creation parks,it is concluded that four major factors will affect the functional organization of dual-creation parks: the needs of industries and enterprises,the needs of dual-creation groups,the changes of planning concepts and land use policies,and the differences in supporting facilities.At the same time,the functional organization composition of Innovative and entrepreneurial Park is expounded in detail from three aspects: production organization,living organization and ecological organization,and then the functional organization principle of Innovative and entrepreneurial Park with horizontal integration and vertical integration as the content is put forward,and three functional organization forms of Innovative and entrepreneurial Park are put forward:determinant,group and mixed.Then,the author selects Wuhu Beiwan Science and Technology Innovative and entrepreneurial Park,which is a planning and design practice and has been built,to verify the rationality and accuracy of the author’s functional organization strategy of Innovative and entrepreneurial Park.Finally,according to the achievements in the construction of Innovative and entrepreneurial Park,this paper looks forward to the future development trend of Innovative and entrepreneurial Park,interdisciplinary research practice,and uses technologies such as cloud,big things and intelligence to serve Innovative and entrepreneurial Park to achieve mutual promotion and integration of production and city.Figure 60 Table 22 Reference 58...
