Abstract/Summary:
The diversity of the types of projects and the advantages and disadvantages of the contractors makes it very difficult for the owners to choose the right general contractors.At the same time,the era of big data,which comes from the development of electronic,mass and clear information,provides a shortcut to solve the urgent problems in all walks of life.Based on this background,the application of intelligence in the bidding process has its unique significance.It is the absolute advantage of artificial intelligence technology to simplify the process for the convenience of the owner and reduce the deviation and error.In this paper,the contractor selection problem is defined as the problem of corporate portrait,and the national public resources trading platform is used to obtain bidding documents,and the visualization analysis and preprocessing of it,and finally the high-frequency word cloud image analysis of its main content distribution.Then,according to the data of the database of the general contractors of the project,the description of the basic attributes of the general contractors of the project are analyzed.Finally,the random forest algorithm is used to extract the feature vector of the general contractors of the project to describe the construction of the general contractors of the project.Finally,from the perspective of the owner,the ability of the general contracting enterprise is deeply mined,the intelligent bidding model of the general contracting project is constructed,the classification prediction method of machine learning and deep learning is introduced,and the data set of the general contracting enterprise is deeply mined and analyzed,which can obtain an objective selection and evaluation results,and the results are more accurate.Specifically,from a large number of bidding data extracted can represent the characteristics of the general contractor of the project,such as mechanical equipment,personnel and senior engineers,previous performance,past project completion efficiency,capital reserves,etc.Using decision tree,random forest and other algorithms for analysis and integration,complete the construction of enterprise portrait elements,and obtain the only effective standard for evaluation of project contracting ability.The intelligent bidding is the basis and background of the general contractor enterprise portrait,which provides the appropriate environment for the operability of the general contractor enterprise portrait.In this paper,through the analysis of various types of bidding and bidding cases in various forms,based on a large number of data mining analysis,will be associated with various statistical algorithms,to achieve the automatic analysis of the comprehensive strength of the bid,so as to replace the lengthy statements and numerous data,with intuitive and concise characteristics of the "portrait",to reflect the contracting ability of the general contracting enterprise.From the framework that most of the previous researches start from the internal core competitiveness of the general contracting enterprises,the perspective of the owner is a new perspective.At the same time,the intelligent bidding as an auxiliary part of the research,so as to achieve the smooth and accurate application of corporate portrait.
